Jonathan Martinez was GREAT!!! I explained my needs to him. I did not want anything too big. I have been in a Nissan for 13 yrs. Jonathan recommended the Compass and I find it to be just the right size for me. I love, love, love it. He explained the features to me which I am having a ball experimenting with. Especially happy he mentioned the idling at a traffic light shut off feature. I would have went into straight panic mode if he hadn't. Big shout out to Shante Abney who got me in the door. Highly recommend that entire team over at Brooklyn Ram. Jimmy and everyone at the location were genuine, nice, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was as easy as can be. Quick and easy inspection on my vehicle. I brought it in without calling in advance and had no trouble in dropping off my car for a half hour to get inspected.

Once again Jordan came through. What appeared to be a DEF module failure actually was the wiring harness. Jordan was able to keep the quote the same, even though the problem was more complicated than originally thought.

My family has bought vehicles from the Bayside Dodge Jeep dealership in the past and have always been pleased with the smooth service, however we have never had to bring any vehicle purchased from them to their service department, as we haven't had any issues. After purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler from a private sale, I noticed it had a transmission leak and had trouble finding a shop that would do the extensive repair. I ultimately decided to bring it to the bayside dodge jeep dealership to ensure the job would be done correctly and was more than happy with the process and result. The service managers Bob and Eddie were extremely helpful and attentive, and went out of their way to keep me updated and informed with the status of my car. They got the work done fast and at a reasonable price. My 2008 jeep wrangler now runs good as new! Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This was a much better experience than the ones had with another dealership where I purchased my previous jeep

Getting your car serviced is never fun but it's made better with someone like Joseph Janzen who is upfront about the time it will take and how much it will cost. He's been great in the past about helping me decide what needs to be done and what can wait, and is just an all-around nice person clearly looking out for whoever comes his way.

Went into Bayside this weekend for my third Jeep from them. I got exactly what I wanted. Great sales team. Their service department needs some work but overall a great place.

Arrived 1/2 hour early for scheduled oil change and my Caravan was serviced immediately and I was back on the road. Bravo! Most efficient service in many years. Greatly appreciated.
