I called the service department as soon as my engine light went on. My Service Manager Frank Russo told me to bring it right in. Thankfully I did as one of the cylinders in my engine blew. I had my Jeep returned within 48hrs.

Highly recommend that entire team over at Brooklyn Ram. Jimmy and everyone at the location were genuine, nice, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was as easy as can be. Jonathan Martinez was GREAT!!! I explained my needs to him. I did not want anything too big. I have been in a Nissan for 13 yrs. Jonathan recommended the Compass and I find it to be just the right size for me. I love, love, love it. He explained the features to me which I am having a ball experimenting with. Especially happy he mentioned the idling at a traffic light shut off feature. I would have went into straight panic mode if he hadn't. Big shout out to Shante Abney who got me in the door. This place is absolutly awesome. At first I was hesitant to go to brooklyn for a car. I live on Long Island and we all know how that Belt Parkway can be. I spoke to Leah several times by text. After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge. I walked in we spoke for about 30 minutes and the manager Steve along Leah carved out the perfect deal. Traded my car in for a fair price, drove home with my beautiful 2025 Frostbite Blue Durango RT Plus. Respectful, treated me and my son as gentlemen. I had a 8am appointment. They got me in and out within a hour. Service consultant was very nice. All of the people in the service process were kind and professional. I appreciate the speedy but great service.

Once again Jordan came through. What appeared to be a DEF module failure actually was the wiring harness. Jordan was able to keep the quote the same, even though the problem was more complicated than originally thought.

Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This was a much better experience than the ones had with another dealership where I purchased my previous jeep

My husband and I came into this dealership because we saw a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland online and wanted to view it and test drive it.
