Bryon C. was amazing! We walked into the dealership looking for a Jeep that just happened to be sold the previous day. Bryon took the time to search all other dealerships to find one identical to the one we wanted. He was so helpful and had a great deal of patience with us during this entire process. It would have been helpful when I made the appt that I was notified of the 5 hour wait time for this recall service. I also think dealership should offer loaner car based on long wait time. I was told recalls don?t qualify. 5 hours should qualify for a loaner.
