I had a 8am appointment. They got me in and out within a hour. Service consultant was very nice. All of the people in the service process were kind and professional. I appreciate the speedy but great service.

Eric Harris was a good dude. Showed me the trucks and let me decide w/o trying to ?sell? me. Called today for oil change and they got me in same day and out in an hr.

Overall quick friendly well informed more expensive than the past but the vehicle was ready earlier than expected. All personnel were accommodating making sure I was taken care of a satisfied.

Josephine in service dept. Was very nice, courteous and very professional. Informed me of the service my vehicle needed and the total price it would cost.

As always Jay is the best. His customer service is amazing. I always know I?ll be taken care of when I get there. He is communicative and pleasant every visit.

Jonathan Martinez was GREAT!!! I explained my needs to him. I did not want anything too big. I have been in a Nissan for 13 yrs. Jonathan recommended the Compass and I find it to be just the right size for me. I love, love, love it. He explained the features to me which I am having a ball experimenting with. The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This was a much better experience than the ones had with another dealership where I purchased my previous jeep
