My experience at east hills was great , hopefully after my lease is done I can come back and trade it back in for another vehicle.

My family has bought vehicles from the Bayside Dodge Jeep dealership in the past and have always been pleased with the smooth service, however we have never had to bring any vehicle purchased from them to their service department, as we haven't had any issues. After purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler from a private sale, I noticed it had a transmission leak and had trouble finding a shop that would do the extensive repair. I ultimately decided to bring it to the bayside dodge jeep dealership to ensure the job would be done correctly and was more than happy with the process and result. The service managers Bob and Eddie were extremely helpful and attentive, and went out of their way to keep me updated and informed with the status of my car. They got the work done fast and at a reasonable price. My 2008 jeep wrangler now runs good as new! Jonathan Martinez was GREAT!!! I explained my needs to him. I did not want anything too big. I have been in a Nissan for 13 yrs. Jonathan recommended the Compass and I find it to be just the right size for me. I love, love, love it. He explained the features to me which I am having a ball experimenting with. Especially happy he mentioned the idling at a traffic light shut off feature. I would have went into straight panic mode if he hadn't. Big shout out to Shante Abney who got me in the door. Compass for life!!!!!

Mike Grimaldi did a great job selling me my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I purchased at the end of November and took advantage of some incentives the manufacturer made available at the last minute. Not only did I want a Grand Cherokee, but I wanted an option for automatic emergency braking. Mike knew this option and was able to describe it in detail -- in addition to all the other features of this vehicle. I remain pleasantly surprised by the features baked into my Jeep. I appreciate the confidence the Jeep brand has on the road. And I appreciate the time spent by Mike Grimaldi to ensure I was completely satisified.
