The business manager found me a better deal than I found myself and the dealership took care of the few cosmetic problems I had addressed.

He took the time to answer every question I had, walked me through all the features, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. This made me feel valued and confident in his assistance. The dealership itself was clean and organized, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. The financing process was quick and clearly explained, and I felt confident about the options I was given, including the vehicles and features I was interested in. The car was ready when promised and exactly as described. Overall, it was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. I’d definitely recommend working with Josh if you’re looking for someone honest, helpful, and who really knows the inventory. This smooth process made me feel relieved and pleased with my choice.

I went to my local Dodge dealer near Santa Monica, and apparently they were too busy to help. Talking to them, they didn’t seem capable of doing anything other than changing the oil on cars, or selling them way over MSRP. I have been putting off getting my car serviced for a while as I had been dreading the car dealer service ‘experience.’ I need not have worried. I was met at the Ellis service entrance at the time of my appointment by Jerry the manager. It was a great welcome and he was super helpful and positive. He made had sure I knew exactly where to go. I then proceeded to the service desk where I was met by Eder. We d discussed a few things that my car needed and did the paperwork. The service really was amazing and really fast. A few hours later Eder called me and went through the specific list of things that needed doing. He managed to get most of it covered by the warranty, and gave me the choice of what was and what was not essential of the remaining items. He gave me a fair set of options and prices. It was also great to find out that Eder is really knowledgeable, it like I was speaking directly to the mechanic. Throughout the process, the communication by text and phone was really fast and impressive. I seriously wish my local dealer was as good as the guys at Ellis. Fortunately, I am happy to travel to the other side of town to have these guys look after my car. The level of service and the quality of work was exceptional. Good responsiveness to customer situation/requirements. Needed information about car capabilities as well as many transaction details that needed to be resolved.

My online salesman Xavier was great! I live 2,000 miles away, and the whole transaction was done on my phone, and within 24 hours. Having to come up with a shipping company was the hardest part of the process.

The shop personnel were polite and well knowledgeable of my Jeep and the problem that I had. They kept me aware of what was happening during my repair. Repairs were done on time according to their time line. During this process they kept my vehicle clean and without any damage.
