First class service from drop off to pick up. It was a first to receive a video of my car in the bay for its servicing that began with a 32 pt inspection. I was able to track the status and was ecstatic to receive a text and phone call that my car was ready for pick up exceedingly below the estimated time quote. Ourisman Jeep provided transportation fro and to and when I arrived my Jeep was out front sparkling from being hand washed. I cannot say enough about their customer service at every point of contact. (Roxy Rocks and I surely appreciated the kindness from each member of their team.) And the finale, my Jeep is running great! She is quite the jolly Jeep. I am most impressed with Ourisman Jeep and highly recommend them.

My experience with Shereen could not have been better. She put me at ease from our first interaction all the way until I received my keys. Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. Purchased my first brand-new vehicle in 10 years here in late January because the ones I had were junk. I am a former auto salesman and have owned quite a few cars over the years, so I went in expecting the late winter sales pitch. I was also expecting to be shoehorned into a vehicle I know I wouldn't be happy with and a price I would regret paying. I had my target vehicles - both realistic and extremely hopeful. I met the salesman - Carlos - out in the lot and while looking around, I explained what I wanted - and what I didn't want. I was shown several options and took a few test drives before settling on the one that had the most features I desired. Now it was down to price. Suffice it to say, I didn't pay close to MSRP - no lie - and it was all using their dealer discounts and FCA incentives. In the end, I purchased my uniquely colored 2020 Cherokee 4X4 and am extremely satisfied with its looks, ride, options and capabilities. Only regret is getting the base engine. Yes, it was the least expensive of the engine options and it gets reasonable gas mileage for a 4wd rig, but it doesn't feel right to me.

My only complaint is the timing to wait for an oil change should not exceed 60 minutes. Antwerpen had a desk just for oil changes. Wish it was back. Major services are always given realistic timing.
