My Jeep journey started with Patriot, followed by Cherokee, and recent upgrade to Wrangler. Each one had it's advantages over the others. Most notable changes are in electronics and interior design. Embedded computer with focus on non-stop entertainment is a distraction for a vehicle used in exploring the nature. The computer should not wake up when you open any door to load or unload things. Doors removal option is way less important than towing capability or surrounding sensors that help with parking, backing out of the garage, or changing lanes in heavy traffic. Wranglers gas cap and the hood should come locked by default. Phone pocket is too narrow for Samsung and there is no simple way to mount it elsewhere. Window control should be on the doors instead of crowded dashboard. Noise in Wrangler is higher than other two models I owned in the past.

We decided to complete the purchase at that time, and other than sort of a long wait to meet with Finance, it was a smooth transition. Amir in Finance made the process fast and easy--electronic signatures really make the process fly along!--and he was very clear with his explanations of what we were signing and why. Also zero pressure on the extended warranty and service contracts. By the time we were done signing the car was ready for us. Overall, a really pleasant experience from top to bottom.

Cody was amazing! I began researching for a used car in early June and finally found my dream car but within my budget. Affordable and great value for my trade. Boardwalk has a group of excellent sales group. I drove 41 miles to this dealer in spite of the multiple dealers around my neighborhood. This is probably the 12th time I dealt with a dealer who, in my opinion, is honest and fair and without pushing you to make your decision in my 40 years of buying and replacing my car. I highly recommend this group, especially Kelly Booker and Stan Jackson for their excellent support and guidance in my purchase of a Nissan car.

I took my daughter shopping for a inexpensive but safe car for her senior year of college. We had a great experience working with Derek, our salesman, and Franklin. Derek never made us feel so comfortable. He never pressured us to buy. He respected our fear during the COVID crisis. I visited the dealership many times before buying. Derek always responded to all of my questions I texted, even on his days off! Franklin helped to get the car in my budget and was professional and friendly. Shopping at Boardwalk was pleasant, comfortable, and efficient.
