Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

First time customer, well taken care of. I will be back. Went to another dealership for service and was told my car would sit for 10 days before being looked at. J Star had my vehicle back to me in 3 days.

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

The JL exceeded my expectations. In the past Wranglers were clunky and didn't really feel like they were put together too well. My son had a JK and it was a huge advance forward. So I decided to buy the JL and I think it was another huge leap forward. I have fully loaded Ram 2500 but I find myself taking the Jeep most of the time. Okay part of that is trying to park a long bed crew cab, But I do enjoy driving the Jeep and have taken it across country a couple of times. After a 122,000 miles I still love it.

Even though my Gladiator was in the shop for nearly 8 weeks due to a parts shortage, I had a very positive experience in dealing with the service department. The Jeep dealerships don't do body work on the vehicles. It has to be farmed out to a body shop....and this is across the board, not just this state.

11,000 miles never a issue still drives like brand new . Awesome off roading and really not bad on the freeway at speeds up to 90mph

I had an issue with my blower motor for my air conditioner making a lot of noise. The vehicle was under warranty and they inspected it and found, at least they claimed, the head of a mouse stuck inside the unit it was causing the noise. I had to leave my vehicle on a Monday before New Year's, and I received it back on Thursday. According to the repair process for most, if not all, Dodge dealers this was done somewhat expeditiously. A positive note is that I was given a rental coordinated through their in-house contracted rental company. They are also able to give me a truck to replace my truck at no cost. The service advisor, Kirk, was very good. He's been around a while and gives you accurate information. All in all it was a decent experience. But something has to be done about the long way times for repairs. I would recommend the dealer to anyone trying to decide where to take their vehicle for repair.

So far it’s been fantastic… I have read some reviews and knock on wood… have not had any problems. I love everything the 4xe does… I am averaging 26 mpg. For a wrangler that’s fantastic!

I don't do a ton of posting but I have to tell you all about my experience with this auto dealer! I am 57 years old and I have bought sold many cars and trucks throughout my lifetime. I can honestly tell you that this was the most pleasurable, most hassle free auto buying experience that I ever had. From the moment I walked in the door, test drove the vehicle, negotiated an amazing price, and got through financing, the whole process took no more than an hour and a half. I was so surprised and I can actually say dumbfounded when they called my name to sign the paperwork and hand me the keys to my new truck. I kid you not an hour and a half they could not have been nicer, they could not have been more accommodating and concerned with my needs and my price range and they got me into the vehicle that I wanted! I drove all the way from Palm Springs to Temecula and Greg Carey the Fleet / internet sales manager had the truck set aside for me with my name on it so it wouldn't be sold until I got there. The truck was detailed, filled with gasoline and the paperwork was ready. All we had to do was agree on a price and I was out of there. Do yourself a solid and go see Greg and his team, and you'll have the best buying experience of your life I promise. I have had a couple warranty-covered issues with my otherwise-wonderful 2018 Pacifica. At J-Star, there was no hassle and they even noticed another warranty-covered item and took care of it for me.
