Marcel was able to find solution to my situation that wasn’t so great starting out but in the end with his expertise my car was serviced and turned out great outcome that seemed like no way….Marcel always polite, efficient and very knowledgeable, scheduling appt or being serviced ask for Marcel he will make sure you are taken care of and makes it too easy getting you through the process will be less stressful. The JL exceeded my expectations. In the past Wranglers were clunky and didn't really feel like they were put together too well. My son had a JK and it was a huge advance forward. So I decided to buy the JL and I think it was another huge leap forward. I have fully loaded Ram 2500 but I find myself taking the Jeep most of the time. Okay part of that is trying to park a long bed crew cab, But I do enjoy driving the Jeep and have taken it across country a couple of times. After a 122,000 miles I still love it.

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

The Jeep dealerships don't do body work on the vehicles. It has to be farmed out to a body shop....and this is across the board, not just this state.

We went in there after we saw a van online. We left there the first time with nothing. Got a call back from them with a better price. Went it and purchased the van. Super friendly and honest!

Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. My Jeep journey started with Patriot, followed by Cherokee, and recent upgrade to Wrangler. Each one had it's advantages over the others. Most notable changes are in electronics and interior design. Embedded computer with focus on non-stop entertainment is a distraction for a vehicle used in exploring the nature. The computer should not wake up when you open any door to load or unload things. Doors removal option is way less important than towing capability or surrounding sensors that help with parking, backing out of the garage, or changing lanes in heavy traffic. Wranglers gas cap and the hood should come locked by default. Phone pocket is too narrow for Samsung and there is no simple way to mount it elsewhere. Window control should be on the doors instead of crowded dashboard. Noise in Wrangler is higher than other two models I owned in the past.

Although I didn’t buy the car the staff was courteous, and gave me plenty of time to look it over without a sales person breathing down my neck. When I said I would pass they didn’t put pressure on me. I would shop there again

Shannon at Tyler’s in Niles was great. Every time I go there it’s a pleasant time. She is the best sales person and I will only buy from her. She makes the car buying experience easy and enjoyable.

So helpful… no tricks.. the price was the price … plus taxes & DMV That was it Khader and Mike are First Class They made something that can be complexed, simple, streamlined and a pleasure. Would definitely recommend and/or go back in the future.

So far it’s been fantastic… I have read some reviews and knock on wood… have not had any problems. I love everything the 4xe does… I am averaging 26 mpg. For a wrangler that’s fantastic!

We were looking for a new Ranger, but couldn't find one nearby with all the features we wanted. That's when we found Lilliston and this 2024 like-new model. After reaching out online, and a few exchanges to work out some trade details, we drove over an hour to finalize the deal in person. The team welcomed us warmly and transitioned our service from Aaron to Shane seamlessly. Shane demonstrated all the technical features, which were new to us, and made sure we could operate them safely for the drive home. We did have to wait a bit to sign the paperwork, but overall a great experience and worth the trip!
