Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

I’ve owned a Sahara unlimited for 2 years then purchased a 2019 sport unlimited, hands down the two best cars I ever drove, they don’t exceed in any one category besides getting you where you need to be in style!! I’ve loved every minute of my jeep wrangler!!

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

Excellent service advisor and assistant service manager - James Kim. The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

Josh was great and made the whole buying process run smoothly. He was very knowledgeable and even set me up with the my Chevy app which is very convenient.

i drive a Cadillac SRX luxury and i had this jeep rented for four months and i found it difficult to get back in my car after having the 2.0 turbocharged model unlimited 4 door hard top!

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Over 15 year I have bought vehicles before and so far this has been the best experience overall. She is awesome! We highly recommend her

My Wrangler has the 2.0T engine and gets an average of 23 mpg. No issues mechanically at 52,000 miles; it drives like a Jeep-which makes sense. The interior is stylish and comfortable; AC and heat work just fine for Upstate SC climate. The soft top is easy to flip up and total removal isn't that much more trouble. Radio is great, media mode has a slight lag but stays connected once paired each time you use it-it doesn't automatically connect Bluetooth. The only knock I would have is that the USB or USB-C causes the entire radio to short out periodically. I love my Jeep!

The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

Recently I had my car in for repairs at Safford Brown Collison Department. They are top notch all the way around. Service was fantastic from start to finish. Never been involved in an accident but I am glad I went to my Honda dealer to make the repairs in a timely manner.

This car has hands free and bluetooth hookup. It is a aport but has everything you need. You do not need to put another aftermarket dime into it. Extremely reliable and babied. I have every paper and reciept of work done to it.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a dealership and I have bought a lot of cars over the years. Bought myself the Wrangler Unlimitied with one touch sky top. Managed to purchase at exactly the right time when a one day only pricing of $55,000 (Fully loaded) became available right before buying cars became so prohibitive. Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.

Rob Rosser was informative and helpful, even delivered my car to me. The cashier also was very good even gave me a penny out of pocket to make the change needed.
