Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Rob has helped us with two cars this year. He listens to the customer and their needs. When you visit this dealership, ask for Rob! Nick, from the finance department, helped us this time. He was awesome too! However, I can?t say to ask for Nick because both of their finance people at this location are amazing. This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Josh was great! He was so helpful and trustworthy. My only concern was that cars.com published a price for an Encore GX that was different than the price once I saw car in person. (it wasn't dealer's fault) The "fine print" just was a little too fine and the vehicle I came to see didn't have all the features I was looking for. Great experience just the same!

This Jeep was meant for me. The Jeep that I had been riding around with is a 2008, so any Jeep would have been an upgrade:) However, the design, the interior, and of course the after market lift, and tires, make me feel proud of what I drive. I was even able to create a personalized plate through them. I welcome "Blad Betty" into the family with open arms.

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

Jeff was extraordinary and realistic. I stopped by and drive the wrangler I was interested in. I wasn’t sure when I could return with my trade. He suggested I send pictures and info on my trade to get us in the ball park. Within 30 minutes of sending him my information that evening he called with a range for my trade. After some negotiation and a trip to the dealership, we closed on the deal and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. Well done.

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

This is a great vehicle to own and is a lot of fun to drive. No issues over 3 years. Great new styling in the 2018 version. Wrangler owners get it.

I called and asked about the Mercedes. I came the next day paid for it. Everything was great. The owner is phenomenal. Also people who worked there our phenomenal. The owner made sure that I had new tires and a new key filled me up detailed my car I called him the next day to let him know about a small issue. He fixed it immediately. I will be coming back to buy another car

We waited for our kids to get their driving chops so we can purchase the car we've wanted for a few years. Extremely happy with it. Car had all the upgrades we were planning on doing ourselves and is a joy to get in (feel like a kid with a new license).

I had a great experience with Rosewood. No high pressure, Ryan was friendly and accommodating but not at all pushy. The car was not only clean, but the mechanicals checked out. It came with a 3 month dealer warranty, but I got the 48 month/100k protection plan as added security. The navigation system was draining the battery, a Subaru recall issue,but they had that replaced and knocked $1000 off the price for trouble. Financing was no problem, we had a couple of options, including Wright-Par CU, so I could go local for that. Now I'm driving a nice, clean 2019 Outback with loads of features at a good price.

This vehicle will always be available. I’ve had 3 other vehicles that came and gone, and the Jeep is still here with 140k. I guess I’m a Jeep Geek

After wandering numerous lots aimlessly looking at unpriced cars with no information on them, test driving "clean" cars with grinding brakes and slipping transmissions, and being told by lying salesmen that cars with mismatched panels or cracked welds have never been in a wreck, we finally found a reputable dealer. Some excellent things about Preferred Auto that are hard to find elsewhere: 1) Cars are priced on the lot. You don't have to waste time explaining to a salesman what you are or are not looking for. 2) Window stickers are on all the cars! No waiting for a salesman to look up the mileage, features, etc. 3) The sales staff leaves you alone while you browse around, research cars, and narrow your list. 4) The sales process was quick and easy with zero pressure. 5) Six months later, we've found no issues with the vehicle. 6) They had no bad cars on the lot at all--every one of them seemed solid and reliable. 7) CarFax reports were available free of charge. 8) There are great Uzbeki, Jamaican, and Indian restaurants right down the road! I don't think any two of these things were true of any other dealership. Don't waste your time driving all over the city. Keep an eye on their site, or tell them what you're looking for and wait for their call.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

i drive a Cadillac SRX luxury and i had this jeep rented for four months and i found it difficult to get back in my car after having the 2.0 turbocharged model unlimited 4 door hard top!

First time we’ve ordered a vehicle sight unseen (except for photos) from out of state. Everyone at Midtown Auto were excellent to deal with and made the process extremely Easy. We we first impressed by their ability to find low mileage vehicles and then sell at such a reasonable price. I’ve owned a Sahara unlimited for 2 years then purchased a 2019 sport unlimited, hands down the two best cars I ever drove, they don’t exceed in any one category besides getting you where you need to be in style!! I’ve loved every minute of my jeep wrangler!!

Very comfortable seating & leg room for me (6'4"), but my wife has a hard time climbing in with its lift and 35's. My only problem is the shifter is, as described in all reviews, rubbery. It takes a determined shift to get "reverse" to go without grinding. And, it doesn't like shifting too soon. You have to tach out every gear when accelerating to highway speed, or it will dog down. While complaining, the back is difficult to access with my zippered rag-top. Otherwise, I love it. It's beautiful, quiet (for a Jeep), drives smooth at high speeds, and will climb a tree (almost). My JKU gets 18+ mpg and the seats are very comfortable on a long drive.

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!
