As a “boomer” this was my first foray into online car purchase. Being old school I am used to “ kicking the tires”, not possible in this format. The owner, Larry provided a detailed description of the vehicle, which was an accurate portrayal, no “ surprises”. The process does involve paperwork flowing back and forth, Larry laying out each step carefully and accurately. I appreciated his responsiveness to questions/ concerns. I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

i drive a Cadillac SRX luxury and i had this jeep rented for four months and i found it difficult to get back in my car after having the 2.0 turbocharged model unlimited 4 door hard top!

Bought myself the Wrangler Unlimitied with one touch sky top. Managed to purchase at exactly the right time when a one day only pricing of $55,000 (Fully loaded) became available right before buying cars became so prohibitive. Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

I took my Pacifica van in for a scheduled service appointment. They got me in right away. The job was scheduled to take two hours and sure enough I was updated at the two hour mark that they were just about done. They needed a few more minutes to download an update/ recall for the radio system. I appreciated the Crysler update as my radio would act up and freeze from time to time. The best part was that the job cost less than I was quoted by $60. How often does that happen??? My only downside was with the mechanic himself who did not clean up after himself. I had greasy/oily boot prints all over my interior trim pieces. I can't knock the dealership for that. The mechanic just needs to spend a minute to clean up. Lastly, I needed to use the restroom while I was there. The building and the restroom were older, but the restroom was clean and didn't smell. I really appreciated that. All in all it was a great experience.

I purchased this Jeep brand new in 2012 as a 2013 Model, I have since put 150,000 miles on. It is a Jeep and can get a little uncomfortable on long highway drives. I took this on a 3 week coast to coast road trip across the US I would know. It does a great job towing my 20foot i/o boat to and from the lake, but wouldn't recommend long trips with that much to tow. Maintenance has been astonishingly low, the only things I needed was regular oil changes, brakes, and a radiator leak that was covered under warranty. This is one of the best all around vehicles, top down cruising in the summer and 4x4 for the snowy PA winters.

I was looking for a brand new Ford Mustang convertible and visited many ford dealers for the best price and customer service. The new sales general manager Ken went totally out of his way to assist. Today I found a truck I've been looking for, last couple weeks. The buying of a new vehicle experience can really show you the worst of sales practices and environments. For instance - you call ahead for test drive--you drive 50 mins. - You take it out-the vehicle has 7 miles of fuel-yes 7 miles till empty-- a serious whining noise when moving- Nope let's go home. Well today all that changed. I found a truck on internet like I wanted-called this morning to see if it's still in stock. It was-- got there about 11;30. The truck looked like the pictures on the web. Took it for a test drive -more than half a tank of fuel. While i was gone they were appraising my truck. I was ready to fight for a amount--got back--they offered $4000 more than I had in my mind-NO NEED TO FIGHT! Their sales area was so relaxing to be seated in. Nicely decorated -polite leisurely dressed sales folks- no fancy suited faces that have to smile at you. Just welcome to my house --let's get this done! They got me a interest rate lower than I had in mind-again no need to fight! After all paper work was complete--I was ready to move to the office with the fancy lighted signing table where you write with your finger on the glass. Nope, didn't happen. He put a paper on the desk -told us what we were signing and where to sign--YES we used a pen to sign these documents. WOOOO! All done - we clean out my trade in --hop in my new (to me) vehicle and headed home. Smiling and happy. In and out of a car trade and buy in 2 HOURS--yes 2 HOURS. The guys we dealt with were Caleb and Jordan-great -pleasant- informed-no pressure-get this done experience. While loading my truck a guy in shorts --a pull over shirt and a baseball cap came out to thank us for our business and wished us a safe trip home--I believe he was the owner. This happened at Mark Martins Motors in Manheim, PA --Sorry I had a share something GOOD happening in this world today. 5 stars out of 5 -- Thanks for listening--Sam

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

Honestly had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Came in just searching for a used car for my son and we didn’t end purchasing a car at the time but I definitely will recommending this dealership to my peers!

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

I’ve owned a Sahara unlimited for 2 years then purchased a 2019 sport unlimited, hands down the two best cars I ever drove, they don’t exceed in any one category besides getting you where you need to be in style!! I’ve loved every minute of my jeep wrangler!!

My Wrangler has the 2.0T engine and gets an average of 23 mpg. No issues mechanically at 52,000 miles; it drives like a Jeep-which makes sense. The interior is stylish and comfortable; AC and heat work just fine for Upstate SC climate. The soft top is easy to flip up and total removal isn't that much more trouble. Radio is great, media mode has a slight lag but stays connected once paired each time you use it-it doesn't automatically connect Bluetooth. The only knock I would have is that the USB or USB-C causes the entire radio to short out periodically. I love my Jeep!

I have yet to purchase a vehicle from piazza hyundai but i have test drove two. I'm on my second Hyundai first a 2009 azera now a 2015 genesis. Both brought at other places but I alwats return back to piazza for service. I love that dealership!

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

Vinny was a great salesperson. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all questions. He was thorough when I took delivery of the truck and took his time to answer all questions about the vehicle and ensured that we were comfortable before driving home.

I have been wanting a Jeep for a while and very happy that I was finally able to purchased the Jeep and it seems like a nice car.
