I had the best experience at exclusive Autohaus bought a BMW 4 series from Exclusive Autohaus. It’s been six months since I bought the car no problems at all. Financing was really easy. Got the best interest rate. I am definitely going back in future to purchase another car. I did recommend the dealership to my father and he also bought a car from here.

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

The salesperson was very on with the auto I looked at but we couldn’t come together about the price

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

I needed a Ford dealership to take care of a couple of recall notices on a 2023 Bronco I purchased used from a non Ford dealership a year ago. I had received a brochure from Hawk Ford in St.Charles, Illinois, and decided to give them a try. To make a long story short, customer service arranged for a pickup of my vehicle at my home the very next day as well as a more than reasonable time frame for the repair, and then delivered my vehicle back to my home about a half hour ahead of the originally scheduled time frame. Because of the fact that I needed recall repair work, there was no charge for either the pickup and delivery, or the actual repairs.The courtesy and customer service extended to me actually left.me speechless. All I have left to say is, I now have a Ford dealership I can rely on. Thanks again Hawk Ford.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

I am going to this dealership for last 10 years. Amazing staff and services. Always available to drop you off home if needed.

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

9/27/2022 - Rick P. at Kenosha Toyota is a great person. He is an honest and straight forward specialist, providing me with all the information available. There is no pressure in buying anything there. They are always very social able and you always feel good leaving the dealership whether you buy a car there or not. Their customer service is great and it is what all car dealerships should be like. My old Rav4 just had a blow head gasket. I urgently needed a new car. I went to multiple dealership nearby and was expected to pay over $10,000 in fees that was not unnecessary. Mark up fees of $4,500, ceramic coating (that it is already applied at the manufacturing plant and I have to pay for it) service fee of $1,800. I was very upset leaving those dealerships knowing well that they were screwing me over for bogus fees even though I didn't buy a car there. At Kenosha Toyota, I couldn't be any happier. I purchased a car that I felt good paying for it. I felt good that I was not screwed by them and felt the pressure to buy. If you are looking for a new car, see what Kenosha Toyota has in inventory and visit them first before you go to the other dealers. I purchased this Jeep brand new in 2012 as a 2013 Model, I have since put 150,000 miles on. It is a Jeep and can get a little uncomfortable on long highway drives. I took this on a 3 week coast to coast road trip across the US I would know. It does a great job towing my 20foot i/o boat to and from the lake, but wouldn't recommend long trips with that much to tow. Maintenance has been astonishingly low, the only things I needed was regular oil changes, brakes, and a radiator leak that was covered under warranty. This is one of the best all around vehicles, top down cruising in the summer and 4x4 for the snowy PA winters.

I recently had to bring my used car in for a vibrating brake pedal, and the service I received was outstanding. The experience was impressive from the moment I drove in; a machine automatically checked my car's alignment on the way into the service bay, which is very impressive. -- What really set them apart was the customer service. Not only did they provide a convenient shuttle to and from work, but they were also completely transparent and honest about the repair. Instead of pushing for the more expensive option, they suggested I resurface the rotors, which saved me money. -- That kind of integrity is few and far between; it earned my complete trust. I had a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Very competitive price and willing to negotiate. Good overall experience. Edwin was a great sales person and he has followed up already a few times to ensure we are happy and have everything we need. Would highly recoomend.

This Jeep was meant for me. The Jeep that I had been riding around with is a 2008, so any Jeep would have been an upgrade:) However, the design, the interior, and of course the after market lift, and tires, make me feel proud of what I drive. I was even able to create a personalized plate through them. I welcome "Blad Betty" into the family with open arms.
