I purchased this Jeep brand new in 2012 as a 2013 Model, I have since put 150,000 miles on. It is a Jeep and can get a little uncomfortable on long highway drives. I took this on a 3 week coast to coast road trip across the US I would know. It does a great job towing my 20foot i/o boat to and from the lake, but wouldn't recommend long trips with that much to tow. Maintenance has been astonishingly low, the only things I needed was regular oil changes, brakes, and a radiator leak that was covered under warranty. This is one of the best all around vehicles, top down cruising in the summer and 4x4 for the snowy PA winters.

Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!

Very comfortable seating & leg room for me (6'4"), but my wife has a hard time climbing in with its lift and 35's. My only problem is the shifter is, as described in all reviews, rubbery. It takes a determined shift to get "reverse" to go without grinding. And, it doesn't like shifting too soon. You have to tach out every gear when accelerating to highway speed, or it will dog down. While complaining, the back is difficult to access with my zippered rag-top. Otherwise, I love it. It's beautiful, quiet (for a Jeep), drives smooth at high speeds, and will climb a tree (almost). My JKU gets 18+ mpg and the seats are very comfortable on a long drive.

We have had the best experience from the time we stepped on the lot. Everyone here has treated me and my wife, with kindness and grace. 2016 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited $27,000 40K miles, Leather Seats, Heated Front Seats, Rare Parts 2.5 Ton Steering, Rare Parts Adjustable/Rebuildable Ball Joints, 3” Skyjacker Lift, 35” Pro Comp Wheels 35” BFG All Terrain Tires, Rock-Slide Engineering Gen 2 Sliders, Rigid heated Led Head Lights, Rigid 3” Pod Spot and Flood Lights, Rear Flood Lights, Teraflex Spare Tire Rack, Smittybilt 9500lb Gen 2 waterproof Winch, Molle Rear Door Rack with Storge Bags. Branded Title/Salavge I purchased and made this jeep into a crawler. This last year I have developed several additional health problems. Making it harder to get into my jeep. Not sure why it was totaled by the insurance company because it was sideswiped on the right side with damage to the fender and front door. There was no damage to the frame.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

We were looking for a moderately priced Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for a teenage son and this one fit the bill. For a roughly 8 year old vehicle it was well taken care of by previous owners. Although the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited won’t be confused with a luxury car for its ride and comfort, they are adequately appointed and fun to drive. That’s where the saying, “it’s a Jeep thing “ comes from. All I know is that in our area they are very popular and our teenage son will thoroughly enjoy it if he can ever get it away from his Mom.

After wandering numerous lots aimlessly looking at unpriced cars with no information on them, test driving "clean" cars with grinding brakes and slipping transmissions, and being told by lying salesmen that cars with mismatched panels or cracked welds have never been in a wreck, we finally found a reputable dealer. Some excellent things about Preferred Auto that are hard to find elsewhere: 1) Cars are priced on the lot. You don't have to waste time explaining to a salesman what you are or are not looking for. 2) Window stickers are on all the cars! No waiting for a salesman to look up the mileage, features, etc. 3) The sales staff leaves you alone while you browse around, research cars, and narrow your list. 4) The sales process was quick and easy with zero pressure. 5) Six months later, we've found no issues with the vehicle. 6) They had no bad cars on the lot at all--every one of them seemed solid and reliable. 7) CarFax reports were available free of charge. 8) There are great Uzbeki, Jamaican, and Indian restaurants right down the road! I don't think any two of these things were true of any other dealership. Don't waste your time driving all over the city. Keep an eye on their site, or tell them what you're looking for and wait for their call.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

I drove an hour and a half from Columbus to get to Busam Nissan because they had a hard-to-find used car that I'd been looking for. After taking the car for a test drive and learning something about its history (with help from a free Carfax report), I realized it was in good shape and a good deal. Busam then made it possible for me to take the car home the same day by giving me a trade-in allowance on my ancient Corolla and being flexible on the financial details. It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

I have been a Jeeper before being a Jeeper was COOL. Although I have had 5 Jeeps before this one this was mu first new one. Except for normal service it has not been back to the dealar once.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.

The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

Bought myself the Wrangler Unlimitied with one touch sky top. Managed to purchase at exactly the right time when a one day only pricing of $55,000 (Fully loaded) became available right before buying cars became so prohibitive. Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.
