I had an 8am appointment, my first one for my new jeep cherokee with 27,500 miles (a gift). I was happy that i was gotten in so very quickly for an oil change. Also, I was very happy that I was informed that the 30,000 mile check up was basically an oil change, saving me much needed money. I was also told to get tires rotated which I did. And i had a sensor out, which I was informed about including cost to repair and that was replaced and repaired during this same visit, which I appreciated. I liked the music and the comfortable chairs. I wish Fox wasn't on the television! ugH! i wasn't told exactly where the waiting room was and had to snake myself back to what I had to guess was the waiting room....I saw no free coffee which I get at the cheapest of auto shops, a disappointment. Add coffee in addition to the venting machine there. Overall, I am happy to have my jeep at my findlay jeep dealer and hope to build a trusting relationship that keeps my jeep in tip-top condition, giving me professional, quality service and not trying to rip me off in any way.

Interior is wonderful, love everything about this vehicle. Drives great, looks great, and was very affordable. I just feel very safe in this vehicle and I love it.

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

Made the 2 hour drive to Josh's from north central Indiana because we were looking for a Jeep Liberty and they had four on their lot. Fell in love with one, but it had a check engine light light on it. They let us put a deposit down with the understanding they wold fix it at their expense. It took over a week to fix (a gas cap leak that took a smoke machine and three repair shops to to find - all at their expense!) and they offered to set us up with a loaner if it didn't stay fixed. Finally closed the deal and took delivery. This kind of service is unheard of - even from a small town father and son dealership. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

Stoped by after seeing a few cars online I was interested in looking at. One car was a bit rougher than I thought, one that I didn't care for the interior color, but then we found one that was just what I was looking for. Took it for a test drive and was very satisfied. Had a couple issues I asked if they could address like a new key fob and recondition the headlights. By the end of the day the new key was ready and headlights looked amazing. I never felt pressured, and was very happy with their service and help in getting me into a vehicle that day. Stop and see Josh, Jerod and Bill if your looking for a used vehicle. This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

It's rare to find a car dealership/salesperson that is straightforward, honest, easy going, efficient, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to work with. Jared was all of these things. My son and I were super impressed with the employees and the entire smooth transaction. They treated us as a valued customer for sure. I highly recommend and would prefer to deal with the exclusively in the future for all my vehicle needs.

We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

This is the best dealership I have ever worked with. We had a serious time crunch to locate and purchase a pretty specific vehicle. I have that car and I’m happy with it. Yes it have some problems, need some care, you can just go to speedway and fuel up it would be your last fuel up with diesel on speedway. To previous review: I bought the car with 185000 miles. After I fuel up at speedway 😁, I sen car to dealership. They replace entire emission system with brand new. No problems after that. Just fuel up at good stations, I prefer Sheetz or BP or shell. About $300 oil changes: I do my oil changes by my self: 2, 5 quart oil canisters and $25 filter and it’s don for $75. I change oil every 5k miles. About fuel filters: I do it by myself too. So 2 filters on Amazon for $17-25 and you have done it for $35-50. I change them every 20k miles.

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

Bought the vehicle with 30,000 miles. Turned over 100,000 this week after four years. ZERO unplanned visits to the dealership. Just normal oil, filters, wipers. Since we tow a 3500-pound boat, decided to replace the brakes at 80,000 miles, turns out there was still plenty of material left. Infotainment screen developed minor delamination this spring. Was still working fine but decided to replace it anyway. Easy replacement job for $350 with YouTube help. Lowest maintenance vehicle we have ever owned.
