I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

I was looking for a used SUV within a specific price range, and I decided to stop at Acura of Johnston. Chester had been my sales person, and he was welcoming and accomodating. He listened to what I wanted and showed me a vehicles I'd actually be interested in, which is so much nicer than the typical experience of being shown things that are either out of your price range or not what you're looking for. The dealership is clean, well presented, and the staff is friendly. Chester is great, and needs commended for his patience, as the vehicle I purchased only had one key (not the dealer's fault! The previous owner didn't provide it) and I was persistent on confirming this. Overall, I had a good experience at Acura of Johnston, and I didn't expect to buy at the first place I shopped, but this time, I did. They actually try to work with you, and that's appreciated.

I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

A great looking car. We will probably never learn all of the features the car has. Dealer was excellent and no problems working with them. Only one thing not to like was the location of the Emergency Brake lever. Things seem to get set there, and locking the lever.

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

I could never imagine owning a vehicle as large as the Grand Wagoneer but after driving it for 10 months, I really like it! There is ample room, it is powerful, the ride is very smooth and the driver visibility is without peer. When we have guests, we can all ride together and when there is light hauling to be done, it can all fit in the truck.

We were looking for a moderately priced Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for a teenage son and this one fit the bill. For a roughly 8 year old vehicle it was well taken care of by previous owners. Although the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited won’t be confused with a luxury car for its ride and comfort, they are adequately appointed and fun to drive. That’s where the saying, “it’s a Jeep thing “ comes from. All I know is that in our area they are very popular and our teenage son will thoroughly enjoy it if he can ever get it away from his Mom.

My purchasing experience was great. I called Bryan a few days before I came asking about a specific pickup. He answered all of my questions and sent me the auto check report by email. I called the morning I went to the dealership to confirm the truck was still there and it was. The other salesperson informed me that he had it washed and pulled inside ready for me to take a test drive. We had a four hour drive that was well worth it. When we arrived were were greeted and shown the vehicle. Bryan grabbed the dealer plates and we were off on a test drive. There was no pressure and we came home with a great pickup. In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

oe couldn't have been better. Bought a Tahoe from him two years ago and came back to him because he never tried to oversell us. You'll find this hard to believe but we came back today and traded four cars for four cars with him today. We traded the Tahoe for a Traverse and I finally got into a Trail Boss. We also traded the teenage boys vehicles and we did it all without getting divorced! Joe Koebke did it all while getting up and done a hundred times after having his hip replaced a couple weeks ago. Bought my 2017 Overland 2WD preowned with 74k miles. It’s now Feb of 2024 my Jeep’s got 135k on the odometer and I’ve never once had an issue. I occasionally get car fever, start looking at cars online, but the second I jump behind the wheel of my Grand Cherokee I smile and decide to keep it for a little longer. I still love the look, it’s super comfortable, has plenty of power, all the bells and whistles I want (and beyond), and I love the fact not every single thing is touch screen as most modern vehicles. I love I can turn up the volume, operate the AC and many features with good ‘ole KNOBS without taking my eyes off the road.

bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.
