Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. I am a repeat customer of the service department having my truck serviced a few times through the years. I spoke to Rich in the service dept on the phone about an airbag light, he had an idea right a way of what the issue was, so we brought it in at 5:00 pm and they had it repaired and back to me the next day by 4:00. Great service and staff.

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

I went in knowing my current vehicle was on it's last leg. I knew what type of vehicle I wanted to look at and my price range. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by Nick Pfeffer. He offered me something to drink and started asking me questions to gauge what I was looking for. After I told him I was looking for a reliable SUV with good mileage and good fuel economy he asked what I would like my monthly payment to be around. After this he got a few vehicles for me to look at and we went for a few test drives. The entire time Nick was super knowledgeable about the cars we were driving. Features, safety, and etc. Once I made my decision from the three he worked with finance and helped me get signed up for car insurance. When finance was done I met with Tony, one of the finance managers, to wrap up the purchase. It was quick and easy! Numbers fit what I wanted, length of agreement was what I wanted. I never felt pressured the whole time I was there and they listened to what I wanted as a customer. Both told stories from their life during 'dead time' and asked me asked me questions about what I would use vehicle for and who would ride in it. I haven't bought a new car in 8 years so this experience was so great for my first time back. Once finance was done we got the temp plate and they took the car to detail for one more quick clean and got the plate taped up and helped me set up all the technology portions of my new car before I left. I have never had a better experience in sales than I did today. Nick and Tony really made the experience fulfilling. If I need to ever get another car I will be back here for my first option. Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

  I have the Trailhawk trim, the serious off-road version.  Finally, a car that I can confidently drive in and out of rough construction sites, and not be afraid that I'll break it or get it stuck.   It is possessed by a powerful spirit of wanderlust, and frequently demands that I take it on drives just to see places it hasn't yet been, preferably places that normal cars cannot go.   If Don Quixote de La Mancha lived in our time, he would surely drive a vehicle like this one; a vehicle truly fit for a modern Knight Errant.   I didn't know until a few days after I bought it, and I don't think the dealership knew either, but this one has about a 2" aftermarket lift, and slightly larger tires than stock.

I never thought I'd own a Jeep in my lifetime, then five years ago I bought a used 2014 Jeep Patriot and was amazed by its fuel economy and reliability for a mid-size SUV. Then three months ago my sister needed a car, and I passed the Patriot along to her, so I began doing research to buy another used car for myself and found the 2014 Jeep Compass. Now I'm the proud owner of not one but two Jeeps! I fell in love with it because of its looks as it is "less boxy" than the Patriot and the interior is basically a replica of a car I'm already used to driving. Find it a little bit roomier than the Patriot, love the top of the gate spoiler and the headlights design as well as the focused (foglights?). I can carry a ton of stuff in the back specially since I added the retractable cargo cover for privacy and safety. I definitely recommend this crossover SUV, it delivers a ton for its value. Definitely money well invested.

I purchased this Jeep brand new in 2012 as a 2013 Model, I have since put 150,000 miles on. It is a Jeep and can get a little uncomfortable on long highway drives. I took this on a 3 week coast to coast road trip across the US I would know. It does a great job towing my 20foot i/o boat to and from the lake, but wouldn't recommend long trips with that much to tow. Maintenance has been astonishingly low, the only things I needed was regular oil changes, brakes, and a radiator leak that was covered under warranty. This is one of the best all around vehicles, top down cruising in the summer and 4x4 for the snowy PA winters.

I stopped in to look for a specific car and they didn't have what I was looking for at this time but I was very impressed with the wonderful service I received from Benny so I will definitely be back.Better than a high end dealership!will stop again!

Purchased new in 2015. Have only done 1 repair in 129k, which was fixing oil leak at oil filter housing. Solid car, great in rain and snow. Thoroughly enjoy this car

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

Interior is absolutely beautiful. Still a big enough vehicle that it doesn’t feel like a regular sized car but not a huge suv. Still a gas guzzler though.

Great little vehicle for the money. Good amount of space inside, easy on gas and fun to drive. Can park anywhere! It could do with a little more power but it does fine as is. This is my third Renegade I have owned and I love it. I will buy another one for sure!!

Our 22 Wagoneer Series II is awesome. So quiet and the ride quality is like there's a layer of cream cheese between the road and the tires. Totally reliable, nothing but oil/filter changes. Super roomy and comfy interior.
