We had a trade in car and were interested in a vehicle they had on their lot that would better fit our family. After a short and reasonable discussion, we were offered a fair market value price on our trade in to put towards the new vehicle that the misses liked very much. After a short test drive , there seemed to be a check engine code that wouldn't go away without further inspection. Chris and Trevor worked together to get us taken care of. Unfortunately, the first attempt to fix the issue proved more than we both bargained for. I brought the vehicle back to them, and since this was a pre-existing condition, they stated that they would get this fixed 100% before they felt comfortable giving it back.... Welp, second time is the charm and they were able to get this issue fixed with ease. Trevor and Chris are both very trustworthy guys. We felt well taken care of and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a reasonable price.!!!

We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

The reason you should a car here is that they will take care of you when you have a problem or something doesn't work in your vehicle.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I was on a website looking for a used low mile F150 , and on mora Chevrolet and Buick they had one I was interested in so I called them and talked to Brittany and asked questions about the truck she said I go outside and look under the truck and see ,wow that is service, when I got off the phone I was happy to take the 1.5 hr ride to check this truck out , when I got there we took the truck for a drive and I loved the truck as advertised, then I told her I wanted the truck and she introduced me to Todd H. Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

Just love my new to me car. The people were very nice to be, but I have actually bought 2 other vehicles from them.

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

Our 22 Wagoneer Series II is awesome. So quiet and the ride quality is like there's a layer of cream cheese between the road and the tires. Totally reliable, nothing but oil/filter changes. Super roomy and comfy interior.

From the first moment we walked into the sales room, we experienced an uncharacteristic calmness and helpfullness selecting a used car. There were a couple other customers waiting for different things like an oil change or minor service issue and everyone raved about the outstanding effort that Northland made to please them. We soon discovered that too! Our two hour drive up to Milaca was definitely rewarded with a great car and the trust that we made a fair deal and made some good friends. You will be helped nicely and if you don’t find what you are looking for, they’ll bend over backwards to still assist you!

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.
