I was in the market for a used full-sized truck. I found one online at Meadows Motors. When I went there to test drive it, there was a nicer F-150 parked next to the GMC I originally set out to test. I ended up buying that day. There was an issue in the rear axle and Gary had me bring it in for a repair. They took care of it immediately. Unfortunately a couple of weeks later the power steering went. Again, fixed right away. Here's the best part, right after I bought the truck the paint above the rear wheel wells on both sides started bubbling and cracking. I looked it up and apparently this was a known Ford issue. When I brought the truck in for the power steering repair I never even mentioned the paint. I chalked it up to "well, it's a Ford issue not Meadows problem". Gary called me and told me that they would bring it to an auto body shop and have it fixed free of charge. I've always bought used cars, and this is the best experience I've ever had by far. This Jeep is undoubtedly the best of the cars that my fiance and I have owned. In the two short years since we bought it, we've taken it to southern Florida and back three times without any trouble. It's been reliable and for me, pretty comfortable. Love our Jeep!

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

We were looking to buy my daughter a reliable car she felt safe in but also was not gonna break down. As soon as we pulled in we were nicely greeted and shown several cars in her price range she tested drove a Nissan very clean ran great she loved it we ended up buying it Hampden Trading Co went through the car , detailed it and we picked it up in a few days .They were all very polite and pleasure doing business with. Now have 110,000 miles on vehicle and had to pay out 1800 on some mechanical parts. For the most part my 2014 Jeep Patriot has been pretty good. Great in snow.

10 yrs 142K miles and nothing but pleasure for the money. We bought the 2.4 ltr with the six speed automatic. The two was not and option due to the CVT transmission. Nothing but normal maintenance. Great value at the time and still happy🏁

I am a senior who finally had to trade my sportier Chrysler product for something more accessible. The only suitable car the dealer had available was the Compass. Mine is the High Altitude model with the 2.4L engine and the 6 speed auto. I expected a little better performance from it, but it is acceptable, Even with the 6 speed trans it is sluggish, but the auto-stick feature ameliorates this somewhat if you choose to manually shift it. It still isn't a race car but it will give acceptable take off without waiting all day to get to the next traffic light. The ride is comfortable, and handling is tame. As noted this is not a sports car but it is a good daily driver. Interior appointments are well thought out with lots of available storage space. My biggest disappointment is the instrument cluster. It looks like it came out of an early 70's car, except that the speedo and tach have terribly small numbering. I expect I will rely more on my GPS for speed indication. I was really disappointed with the lack of a trip computer, and tire pressure sensors. These have been mostly standard in Chrysler products for over a decade! Front passenger comfort is good with plenty of leg and headroom, with well cushioned , nicely trimmed (and heated!) seats with a powered driver's seat. The center console is two compartmented with a deep bucket, and a handy document compartment in the lid. The console space is necessary, with the glove box basically sized for a pair of gloves, and maybe a pair of glasses. There are also fairly spacious door pockets, and a dash tray. Another disappointment was the lack of a USB charging station, and only one 12 volt outlet. There is a 150 watt, 120 volt AC outlet, perhaps to plug in a USB charger? While rear storage is not on par with other vehicles in its class, it is certainly adequate for my needs, Especially if the rear seats are folded down, and I often carry quite a load of sporting and outdoor equipment, as well as a walker. The entertaiment center has good sound, with AM, FM, CD and Satellite, as well as an aux jack for external devices, and I love the Uconnect which feeds my phone through the sound sound system. I have not commented on the rear seats because I haven't used them, and likely will not, nor do I often have passengers, I will most likely keep the rear seats folded down. In spite of my disappointments, I have to rate this car with 4 Stars. It will more than adequately meet my needs, if not all of my expectations. The Compass was the least expensive SUV in its class in 2016, so who would expect it to have all of the features of its more expensive brethren, or even stable mates? At this point, I am satisfied with my purchase. No it is not best in its class, but it is a nice, comfortable, even attractive daily driver!

We are still sadly Victimized by the Dealership . The extent of falsehoods and misrepresentations continue to be revealed . The DELIBERATE DAMAGE and Costly Manipulation are appalling to me . I worked for 5 Car Dealerships . We bought what we could afford . Squeaking by on SS Retirement Fixed income we did not have plies of Buying Power . My jeep liberty 2012 is parked. It could only do 25km/hr on the road. Gas pedal not working anymore. Just 2616 miles. I need a help to cruise this car

I never thought I'd own a Jeep in my lifetime, then five years ago I bought a used 2014 Jeep Patriot and was amazed by its fuel economy and reliability for a mid-size SUV. Then three months ago my sister needed a car, and I passed the Patriot along to her, so I began doing research to buy another used car for myself and found the 2014 Jeep Compass. Now I'm the proud owner of not one but two Jeeps! I fell in love with it because of its looks as it is "less boxy" than the Patriot and the interior is basically a replica of a car I'm already used to driving. Find it a little bit roomier than the Patriot, love the top of the gate spoiler and the headlights design as well as the focused (foglights?). I can carry a ton of stuff in the back specially since I added the retractable cargo cover for privacy and safety. I definitely recommend this crossover SUV, it delivers a ton for its value. Definitely money well invested.

I only have this not quite a month now and it is a nice jeep, I think a bit of a gas guzzler somewhat but overall so far i'm very happy, its a used car with low miles so i'm not expecting perfection ... we will see but so far i like the look i've done some things to improve its look as well and overall 3.5 stars i guess is best to say. Brought with 76k miles.

That is to say; when I go to his dealership with the INTENT to purchase a vehicle, he goes out of his way to make it happen. Never an issue with either vehicle I've purchased from him.

This is my first SUV. I like that it’s not really huge but big enough for what I need. I also really enjoy the comfortable seating.

This is the second used car we have purchased here. We like that they post a link to the carfax on their website. That allows us to research the cars we are interested in before going for a test-drive. These are not auction cars but decent trade-in cars. The buying process is straight forward. They performed a safety check, changed the oil and gave us new brakes all around. We will be back when we need another!

I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee limited in 2018 I love jeeps this is my 3rd one it is now 2022 the only problems I have really encountered with the car are mostly run of the mill the water pump went out which is normal and I had a starter go out which is also a normal for a vehicle with a 100,000 plus miles The only problem I had that kind of sucked was the transmission speed sensor when out when me and my girlfriend were on vacation in Michigan The car will go into safe mode which only allows you to go about 27 miles an hour, I would caution anybody that would be buying one for Winter driving that these cars drive so nice in the Winter that you can get overconfident and drive too fast because they handle excellent in the snow My basic philosophy is drive it like it's only 2 wheel drive One other issue I have recently had is that I have a check engine light on I read the code on it and it says that a temperature in variance was detected I am thinking about getting a different car as the different car as this car has now 201,000 miles on it I may get another Jeep I'm not sure I'm looking the other sensor that has triggered is electronic throttle control the car is not behaving funny it's not overheating so I'm not really going to worry about it

The 2014 Compass fulfills its basic duty as A Car. It gets you from point A to B without putting up much trouble, at least, in my experience. Sure, the interior may be cramped, especially if you're tall, but the seats are comfortable. The performance is sluggish, the handling is not much to write home about, and the ride will make bumps feel 10x worse than they already are. But, it's still A Car. Gas mileage also fluctuates. Fuel economy, at best, is 28 mpg (on a full 13-gallon tank) and, at worst, 25 mpg, from my readings. Granted, while mine only has close to 56,000 miles on it, it will last, with no rust or paint problems whatsoever, compared to my mom's Silverado from the same year. Overall, it's one of the Jeeps ever.

I used to have a jeep liberty years ago and really liked it so I was excited to find an affordable used one when looking for a new car. This is the second jeep liberty I've owned and my third jeep since I started driving. I was in a pretty bad accident in my first jeep liberty, the whole thing flipped and I walked away without even a scratch. I feel safe driving it. I also love the design and interior. For being a 2008 it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a new car (no gps, bluetooth connection, etc.) but it doesn't feel like being in an almost 15 year old car. The interior is sleek and attractive. I love everything about the look of the car inside and out. My boyfriend has a Subaru and for a while I was set on getting one but I think I'll always be a jeep girl. I just love them.

This is simple - I'm 67 years old and this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Derek and Jeff did a great job from the first "Hello" to when we drove away in our newly purchased 2011 Ford Edge. Now I know why they have great reviews from their customers. I give them my highest recommendation.

After detailing the vehicle which didn’t take as much time as I normally would on a 8 year old car to bring it to my cosmetic standards, I realized that this vehicle’s exterior paint quality is impressive for being Black in color as well as other styling components being well made. I admired the vehicle after I put 8 solid hours into it and said to myself “What a kick “Butt” looking Jeep” - I have the Limited model (loaded otherwise) and bought from my brother who’s daughter had since new, currently has 119,000 miles. After detailing the vehicle which didn’t take as much time as I normally would on a 8 year old car to bring it to my cosmetic standards, I realized that this vehicle’s exterior paint quality is impressive for being Black in color. Yes you need to push the gas pedal a bit more just to get it moving from a stand still in a parking lot as an example, but come on, it’s 5,000 pounds and all muscle. Fuel mileage is HORRIBLE and worse then my 2015 E Class Mercedes V6 which shocked me. When I first took it out on the road, I could immediately feel the the solid all around quality of the suspension. I really like the thick leather wrapped steering wheel. The “Infinity” entertainment system along with the Touch Screen is an all around great system and very responsive with no lag when using the touch screen. The sound quality is incredible and the factory Sub Wofer mounted in the rear gives you the sense of being in a dance club. I do my own general maintenance and this Jeep is real easy to work on. I’ve read that the Transmission can go out around 100,000 miles but my brother has done regular service 2X previously and I just did it when I took possession at 119,000 miles. The leather seats are poor quality but I use Maguire's products to keep the seat surfaces from abnormal cracking and so far they are holding up. The dash has a small screen to scroll through different parts of the vehicle’s status like tire pressure on all wheels, etc.. The designers/engineers spent a lot of time on building a solid vehicle. It’s not a Toyota and you have to expect a higher repair rate, but if you keep on top of important general & regular maintenance, you will have a higher rate of reliability. I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !
