I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

For over a month, I had been searching for the right used car: a specific make, model and features including exterior and interior colors. Local dealerships near my home in Kentucky just couldn't seem to come up with anything close so I had to expand my search and I am sure glad I did! When I got home, I realized I had forgotten a camera bracket pasted behind the rear view mirror on the windshield in my trade-in. I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

Damian King was great to work with. Since I hadn't planned on buying a car (mine was totalled by being hit by a truck) I went in with no idea what I wanted. He was patient and explained cars and options well. Once I decided what I wanted he went to work finding it. I have had several hybrid SUVs, Lexus and Mercedes, and this is at the top of the list for me. The hybrid drive is seamless, smooth, and responsive at all speeds. This is the largest hybrid SUV I have owned and yet, it is the most fuel efficient. Amazing mileage around town (50+ mpg) and highway cruising with the little 4-cylinder is very efficient. At highway speeds the transmission keeps the small internal combustion engine from working too hard but when power is needed for passing the combination of torque from the electric power plant along with the turbocharger provides instant responsiveness. Inside, the SUV is roomy and luxurious. The finishes benefit from the Italian roots of the owners to provide a beautiful harmony of design with soft supple leather and rich hardwood trim. The electronics work extremely well from the MacIntosh sound system to the driver assist and lane-keeping features that virtually drive the vehicle for you. The seat air conditioning and built-in massagers make even long driving trips relaxing. Yes, there have been some recalls, expected in an early edition of a new model. The only negative has been in servicing the recalls. Jeep dealers are still basically just old Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge operations that are not prepared to handle high-end vehicles and the customers they attract. Too few technicians, and poor scheduling between the service writers and the shop. The service waiting areas are designed for truck drivers not owners of luxury automobiles. Stellantis may have upgraded the vehicles to a much higher level but their achilles heel is the dealer service network.

We turned in a lease and leased a new Dodge Durango RT. They located and got one to the store for us. Everyone at the dealer was very helpful and easy to work with!

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

I recently had an issue with my radio. Crew B. From the service department was such an awesome rep to work with. He got the part ordered, while waiting on it to come in he also put me a loaner car to take on vacation. 10 out 10.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Highly recommended dealership for buying and service. My prior Toyota was 10 years old at the trade in, and never had a broken part, and still was 100% reliable. I expect to get the next 10 years of perfect performance out of this 2024 Tundra.

Very comfortable seating & leg room for me (6'4"), but my wife has a hard time climbing in with its lift and 35's. My only problem is the shifter is, as described in all reviews, rubbery. It takes a determined shift to get "reverse" to go without grinding. And, it doesn't like shifting too soon. You have to tach out every gear when accelerating to highway speed, or it will dog down. While complaining, the back is difficult to access with my zippered rag-top. Otherwise, I love it. It's beautiful, quiet (for a Jeep), drives smooth at high speeds, and will climb a tree (almost). My JKU gets 18+ mpg and the seats are very comfortable on a long drive.

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

DeFouw replaced the bleeder valve at no cost, since it was a recall, but did not go further to check the brake system. When I brought it back in to say it was not fixed they told me that the booster pump was bad but that it had to be ordered from Tennessee, which would take a week. This delay, which could have been fixed by ordering it the first time I came in, is now costing me an additional $600 to rent a car for our vacation, in addition to the $750 it is costing me to replace the booster pump. I am not happy that this has happened. The reason I brought it in the first time was so that it would be ready for vacation. Maybe there was no way to avoid this problem, but it sure looks like it could have been avoided.

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.
