I visited this dealership looking to buy a used car. I ended up selecting another dealer, but not because anything this dealer did, just that I found another car that suited my needs better. The staff was very courteous and pleasant, and the facilities was excellent. Lyndon, who was my salesperson, showed me a Toyota Corolla, and I had a great time test driving it. He was very informative about the car and the buying process. While this is a big dealership, I felt looked after, and really appreciated their time.

Runs smooth. Very comfortable. Always loved the Jeep brand so this was a natural upgrade. Love the options too. The adaptive cruise control is amazing.

bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

Bought my first JEEP at 56 years old with 123k on the clock the 3.6 is a great little 6banger has cold air intake , yellow top Optima battery 3 in. lift on MT 35s with Rough Country suspension, rock lights , Niilights out front and back on and in Rough Country bumpers and 10k lb winch up front with new Peddle Commander under the dash .

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

Casey Subaru customer experience: On May 25th 2023, I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Nissan Frontier from Casey Subaru. After working with their sales team, in particular Caleb and Courtney, I decided that this was going to be my next vehicle. After some lively discussion, we agreed on a price and then it was off to sign the papers for my truck. I met with Paul, their finance manager, who walked me through the various options related to my financing this vehicle, and, after an hour, the truck was mine. Now, with my keys in hand, it was time to drive my truck off the lot. However, as I started to pull out of the dealership, I happened to notice that the check engine light came on, after coming to a complete stop, I parked my truck and went back inside the showroom to share my short lived driving experience with Caleb. So, this is where it got interesting and where I first met Jimmy, the service manager for Casey Subaru who would turn out to be a “Rock star” in this adventure. After checking the service code it was determined that, I would not be driving my vehicle home that evening. I was fortunate that my vehicle had an extended warranty that allowed me the opportunity to receive a loaner vehicle from Casey while my truck was in for repair. I am sure you are thinking, so what was the issue? Well after owning my truck for 4 months, it was returned five times for the same issue. What did I learn from this experience? If you are going to buy a pre-owned vehicle, buy it from a dealership whose staff care, not just about the problem that the customer is dealing with, but about the experience the customer deserves. At each point in my interaction with the Casey Subaru team, I was impressed not only from the leadership shown by Travis Winn, General Manager, but also from Jimmy, Subaru’s service manager and superstar, who, without his help, would have made this a nightmare experience. My interaction with all the staff at Casey Subaru was truly amazing. Thank you all for all your help and understanding through this challenging time. This is my hometown dealership. I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.

I love my Wagoneer L. It cost just over 70k, so it’s not super cheap. As soon as i pulled out of the dealership lot, that car was awesome. It felt like riding on a cloud. One thing I will say is the brakes are very high, so I initially thought the parking brake was on but it was not. When you tap against the brakes it slams kind of (not violently but noticeably) but you have to really push down to actually make it stop because it is such a heavy vehicle. The outside of the car is so nice. We got the Series II in black and it was very nice looking. But the inside was even nicer. There’s a huge touchscreen with tons of entertainment options and heated and ventilated seats and black leather. It may even be more comfortable than other cars I have been in like Mercedes and Range Rovers. There was chargers at every seat, lots of space in the back for luggage and other cargo, and power seats that folded down into the floor with the push of a button. Long story short, it’s amazing for the price.

We were very satisfied with the salesman, Ryan. He was enjoyable, personable, and comprehensive of our particular needs in searching for a car within our budget. Aside from the accustomed manager/customer wrangling negotiations, the paperwork was handled satisfactorily. Beautiful showroom and great selection of Toyota models.

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

MOST importantly it is a JEEP. If you want a luxury vehicle, buy one, if you want a full-size truck, buy one, if you want a sports car, buy one, the Jeep Gladiator is none of these. It is designed to be a mid-sized pick-up yet still be a Jeep, it does this PERFECTLY. I have owned 9 Jeeps over the years, as early as 1978 up through 2006; the Jeeps today are full of more amenities and comfort than they ever have been in history. I have 2 Gladiators; a '23 Mojave, and a '23 Diesel Overland, both of them are INCREDIBLE vehicles on and off road, and MORE than fit the bill for a light duty pick-up, superseding most others on the market, and I am even comparing to any of the 5 Tacoma's I have owned. If you are in the market for a light duty pick-up, you can't beat it; whether it is a loaded up graded model, or even the base model, it is still a truck with 4WD, straight axles, and still available with a manual transmission. VERY happy with both of mine!

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

The first this I want people to know is the salesman, Omar was fantastic and very helpful finding a car for me. The first week of December I totaled my 2019 Highlander Platinum, and the most important thing was that nobody was hurt. So when we discussed replacement car, I wanted another Platinum Highlander, but a new one. Little did I know how rare they were a this point. Omar at Pearson Toyota was able within a few minutes found me one to look.at. It was a Grand Highlander Platinum and had under 5000 miles, and was beautiful. It had everything I wanted and had never been sold to anyone. Omar and the entire staff at Pearson worked so hard and now less than 48 hours later it is sitting in my driveway. It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

After the car was detailed, he spent additional time with us integrating our phones with the car system and went through all the electronic features the car offered. I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍
