Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Service writer Carlos is awesome! Communication is important to me because I need to plan my day and week. Carlos called as promised the day after I dropped my car off for a diagnostics on the remote keyless entry system. I was 100% convinced the receiver was bad because I had checked the remote batteries with a meter. They tested fine, so I took the car in. Well, my car was fixed, quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Needless to say I am very pleased I didn’t need a new unit and I wasn’t without my car for more than a day.
