Over all great experience (again) this was the 3rd or 4th car purchased with them and we will be using them when we decide to trade ours in. Absolutely loved working with Lamar. He listens and gets you what you want and doesn’t try to put you in something you don’t like and will try everything possible to keep you in your budget and price range. Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.

On 11/20 I brought my 2015 Forestor to your service dept when they opened at 8am. I was greeted by a Ms Alyssa Lupo This very informed attendant kept me comfortable, informed and relieved thru out my 4 hour wait. She explained with clarity to me what they had found, the cost and how much longer before I was able to leave. I’m a 77 year old grandma on my way from St Augustine Fla to see my family I hadn’t seen for several years in Indiana.I was driving alone. It meant the world to me that I was going to be safe for the remainder of my trip. All of this was possible because of the time, interest and concern for my safety from Ms Lupo. Crown Subaru won the lottery when they hired this young woman.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

The car I questioned about was actually at the used Toyota dealership. I was promptly contacted after inquiring about the vehicle on cars.com Sharon was very helpful and set me up with a salesperson for Saturday. It was easy to communicate with any questions I had for My salesperson Marquita via text message. The car was ready for us when we arrived and the dealership was VERY accommodating. Shout out to Tony in financing for doing everything he could to get us out the door with a deal we were comfortable with!

I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

They are very helpful. Great ppl all around.so far they are quick to answer any questions or anything we needed to know

My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

It’s a Jeep, so people who buy this understand what it’s all about, great off road performance, reliable and fun to drive. The Gladiator is unique because it’s a pickup and gives you more flexibility on abilities to carry more, but doesn’t hamper performance in any way, also, priced well compared to similar vehicles.

The reason I came to this dealership was the Sales Manager Aj Rice. We called in to speak to an associate about a new Tacoma for my family. We ended up getting transferred to Aj I believe on accident. Which was the best thing to happen to us. He introduced himself as the new car sales manager and said it would be a problem he would be beyond happy to help us. We told him what we were looking for and he informed us he had the perfect truck. I told Him we lived in Johnson city and that it would be a long drive for us to make it to Chattanooga. He informed us that he would make this the easiest and most transparent process of purchasing a car we have ever experienced. Man was he right! He took our information down and said to bear with him for a few mins. Next thing I know within 20mins he had taken pics of the car and a complete walk around of the truck and demonstrated the key features on a video. He then called us shortly after to follow up and make sure my husband and I received the pictures and videos. We were so elated with the how he handled the entire situation we decide to make the 3hr plus commute just because of the process A.J. the manager did for us. But it doesn’t stop there. We schedule to come in a Saturday and have a time. He then told us to ask for himself or a sales associate he was going to put us with to finish the paper work. We arrived and as I expected they were busy and that sales person he wanted us to finish up the paper work with. So A.J. went above and beyond again and greeted us and told him to give him a few mins bc that sales person was busy. He came back up mins later and said to follow him and brought us into his office. He informed us he knew we had made a long drive to come see us and did not want us to wait. And he proceed to do all of our paper work himself so we could get done quick. He even had our truck cleaned up and filled with gas waiting for us! I just have to say I have bought tons of cars and have never had a manager of a dealership go above and beyond for us before every. I will from now on always recommend anyone in the tri cities to make the drive to Capital Toyota for the experience to see the manager A.J. or anyone else outside of the area or in the local aera to see him at Capital.

MOST importantly it is a JEEP. If you want a luxury vehicle, buy one, if you want a full-size truck, buy one, if you want a sports car, buy one, the Jeep Gladiator is none of these. It is designed to be a mid-sized pick-up yet still be a Jeep, it does this PERFECTLY. I have owned 9 Jeeps over the years, as early as 1978 up through 2006; the Jeeps today are full of more amenities and comfort than they ever have been in history. I have 2 Gladiators; a '23 Mojave, and a '23 Diesel Overland, both of them are INCREDIBLE vehicles on and off road, and MORE than fit the bill for a light duty pick-up, superseding most others on the market, and I am even comparing to any of the 5 Tacoma's I have owned. If you are in the market for a light duty pick-up, you can't beat it; whether it is a loaded up graded model, or even the base model, it is still a truck with 4WD, straight axles, and still available with a manual transmission. VERY happy with both of mine!

2024 refresh Willy’s edition 2 door soft top , love the refresh, most notably the radio 12.3” upgrade, I’ve owned 5 wranglers in the past starting with the 1988 model , prior to the 2024 I had a 2 door 2011 . Well built , great driving on an off road , amazed at the little turbo motor, smooth, great acceleration and gas mileage, around 20/21 in winter and 23/24 in summer , which I think is great considering the size , shape and 33” tires etc. overall super happy with my jeep , for me the refreshed Willy’s edition is the sweet spot in the line up

I love my Tucson. I've had no bad experiences with Tootie the Tucson. Minor problems are repaired as soon as the problems are presented. I take my breakfast to the service center and settle down until my car is ready. I seldom wait long.

We are very happy with our '21 GC Limited. It is well appointed, with many options, drives nice, comfortable and still sits higher, unlike a lot of other "car" SUV's. We use this as our only vehicle, and flat tow behind our motorhome. Jeeps are the best vehicles made to flat tow!! We have climbed dirt trails in the West and cruised coastal waterways. Love it.

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

I bought a used car from them. When I was driving it home, something popped in the engine. Car started running bad. When got home I called them and they sent a wrecker to pick it up. Love my GC 80th Anniversary Edition. A little over 15K miles and she’s been in the shop 2 times now with a squeaking coming from the engine. Tensioner rod and idle sensor were replaced first, they had it for almost a month. alternator was just replaced, they had it for a week. Picked her up last night, drove her this morning and it’s still squeaking! Very frustrated but hoping to get her fixed!

Bought my first JEEP at 56 years old with 123k on the clock the 3.6 is a great little 6banger has cold air intake , yellow top Optima battery 3 in. lift on MT 35s with Rough Country suspension, rock lights , Niilights out front and back on and in Rough Country bumpers and 10k lb winch up front with new Peddle Commander under the dash .

I had 2 (2018 and 2022) Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawks and I liked them both. They were loaded with technology, safety and off road features. Very off road capable. I just bought my first Wrangler X and I love it. So far the best car I've ever owned. I was worried about the mpd with the 3.6l engine but I'm getting 16.3 mpg in the city driving only which is pretty good. I still have to test it on a highway. Comfortable on the road and off road. It's surprisingly quiet.
