  I have the Trailhawk trim, the serious off-road version.  Finally, a car that I can confidently drive in and out of rough construction sites, and not be afraid that I'll break it or get it stuck.   It is possessed by a powerful spirit of wanderlust, and frequently demands that I take it on drives just to see places it hasn't yet been, preferably places that normal cars cannot go.   If Don Quixote de La Mancha lived in our time, he would surely drive a vehicle like this one; a vehicle truly fit for a modern Knight Errant.   I didn't know until a few days after I bought it, and I don't think the dealership knew either, but this one has about a 2" aftermarket lift, and slightly larger tires than stock.

This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

I was moving to Seattle from abroad. My brother found a car that was perfect for me on Del Sol's website. He spoke with Luis in sales and Luis was able to work it out that I could give a deposit to hold the vehicle as I traveled. When I arrived, the process was clean and quick. I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

I've had my Patriot for about 3 yrs now. I purchased with 82K on it and am up to 98K. The CVT took a bit to get used to as far as being not very quick when accelerating. I'm used to it now and it keeps me from having a lead foot...lol. Otherwise I've had no major problems and it serves it's purpose and is good in the snow.

As a woman who has been in Sales for 30 years and has negotiated every car and RV purchase in my life, I am absolutely blown away by how glorious my experience was with Mazda of Everett. Every single deal I have ever done with any dealership anywhere has been fraught with shenanigans. Not this place! I was all set to buy a car elsewhere (that I would have to take time off of work to rent a car to go pick up), but I connected with Cindy Hedden and Jason Peters and all it took were a few emails and a couple of phone calls and texts and I had a car delivered to me (1.5 hours away) within 3 days of our first communication. I should mention that this is also during the great COVID chip shortage crisis when cars are hard to come by, many are going for more than MSRP and dealerships don’t need to work hard. I got a better car than I was negotiating elsewhere, a better price (they are also a Costco-authorized program which I used), significantly better payment terms than anywhere else I checked (a longer term AND a better APR by a .75 point than any loans online, Carvana, CarMax or with ANY of the Washington dealerships! I checked them all). They initially gave me a term .5 better than anywhere else and after I verbally agreed to buy it for those terms called me back and gave me an even lower APR! In 3 days I had my car in my driveway. It was an absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. At every turn Cindy and Jason answered every question immediately and directly and pulled zero funny business. I LOVE these people and I have never met them, but I will sure be stopping by next time I am in the neighborhood. These guys are crazy smart in how they run their business: Be legit, be responsive, have a sense of urgency and make it easy to buy. Instead of all the other dealerships wasting time with the back and forth and trying to pull something over on me, these guys get the deal done, make sure you are happy and then move on to please the next customer. Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Well balanced designed to take you on rough drives without confort sacrifice. Excellent driving position that makes a pleasure to drive. Giving you full control and a sense of security when driving on slippery roads. I drove It over the Rockies and the Sierras enjoin the beauty of those places.

I had been looking for a Tahoe or Yukon, 4wd for quite some time, I was on the computer daily looking at all the vehicles for sale. I finally saw one I liked, some what close to home. I went to wheels on deals, talked to ozzie [Osvaldo] after I'd walked around the lot for a bit, i went to the Yukon I was there to see and buy. He went and got the keys after introducing himself, backed the rig into better lighting for me to walk around it, open all the doors etc. We took it for a spin, made sure all worked well no noises, or smells, vibrations, etc. Of course I ended up buying it, the price was what I was willing to pay, the mileage was in the ball park, the vehicle condition was great. The thing that made me feel comfortable was ozzie was very professional, he did not act like my best friend, or chap his lips on my tail, I left there with a new ride and felt great, I didn't feel like I got took or anything. I waited around a little bit as the loan process was accepted and completed, the place is clean very well maintained, shiny floors, clean bathroom, T.V. 's I would recommend anyone to go there.

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

Vehicle handles well easy to park and maneuver I don’t like the fuel tank capacity very small also I don’t like the fact it has no spare tire unless you purchase it for three hundred plus you offer a air compressor which is great for a slow leak but don’t get a blow out in the boondocks you’ll be screwed. I don’t think a space saver spare will break the bank.

Great SUV...BOUGHT in 2017...good on gas penalty of zip with V6 engine. The start stop stop working last year and found out why.I needed a new battery as went dead this year...now start stop feature works 100 percent. Have low milage 30000 miles or 50000 kms here in Canada. .

I purchased this Jeep brand new in 2012 as a 2013 Model, I have since put 150,000 miles on. It is a Jeep and can get a little uncomfortable on long highway drives. I took this on a 3 week coast to coast road trip across the US I would know. It does a great job towing my 20foot i/o boat to and from the lake, but wouldn't recommend long trips with that much to tow. Maintenance has been astonishingly low, the only things I needed was regular oil changes, brakes, and a radiator leak that was covered under warranty. This is one of the best all around vehicles, top down cruising in the summer and 4x4 for the snowy PA winters.

I bought this used with 20k miles on it. I’ve read lots of reviews where there’s not enough room. I’m 6ft and I have plenty of room to spare. I’ve read where there’s not enough power in the engine. Unless you’re planning on racing the car, there’s plenty of power. The car has lots of character. It’s a Jeep. What’s not to love.

Came here for a really great looking Ford Explorer, the salesman Will was great and had paperwork for the recent suspension components the dealership replaced after finding some issue during their safety inspection. Ended up going home with the rig. I absolutely love it!

We were looking for a moderately priced Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for a teenage son and this one fit the bill. For a roughly 8 year old vehicle it was well taken care of by previous owners. Although the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited won’t be confused with a luxury car for its ride and comfort, they are adequately appointed and fun to drive. That’s where the saying, “it’s a Jeep thing “ comes from. All I know is that in our area they are very popular and our teenage son will thoroughly enjoy it if he can ever get it away from his Mom.
