I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

I'm so thankful to our salesman, Joe Grego, in helping my wife and I purchase a vehicle. We went in looking to purchase a new GMC Terrain, but it was above our budget. Joe made us feel comfortable and was patient with us in finding a 2023 Terrain in great condition and at our price point. I also want to thank the other Joe in the finance department. This was the first 'new' car purchase both me and my wife, so we had a bunch of questions. He was also patient and kind in answering all our questions. He helped us to be able to drive off in a beautiful vehicle that we could truly afford. This has been an amazing vehicle! Super comfortable and will buy again. Loved all of the tech and comfort features to make each trip the best. I have owned a lot of cars and this one has the most intuitive features by far.

Mostly always a heart breaker! Have stated this many times before...to no avail! No initial person assigned to place a paper mat on your floor and collect your keys or move your vehicle to a unconscious location..no service rep to greet you with your request etc etc...

I love my little JEEP compass! It’s runs well and is perfect for me and my needs! Holds all the baseball gear and more in the trunk!

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.
