The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

This is an after the fact review. In fact the last vehicle I night was a year ago. Anyway, I have bought at least 6 vehicles at this dealer. Fantastic place to buy and great detail from start to finish. The only problem is that we moved away and just bought a vehicle in the Tampa area. Not the same experience! I really miss VW Orlando. Probably will be back to buy as an out of towner we next time.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

Absolutely worth the drive — five stars! I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Joan and Raphael were fantastic from start to finish. We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

The 2012 Gran Cherokee Overland has been my car for over 12 years. I’ve enjoyed every minute of driving it. Have made several road trips with it and never a complaint. It’s plush with features and luxury items. Love the looks, love the ride, love the comfort and love the low cost of ownership. Jeep lives up to its name and fame.

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

Very good experience! My daughter was looking for two specific used car models, and we had spent the entire day driving from one dealership to another. Winter Park Auto Mall was our last stop, and we weren't hopeful, because the price was lower than any we had seen advertised, and the vehicle had 20,000 fewer miles. However, it turned out to be exactly what she was looking for. The trunk liner was missing, but the dealership ordered one and had it sent to my daughter in MD as promised. Also, there was a small stain on one of the seats, so they gave the whole car a steam cleaning and detailing while we waited. If you are looking for a shiny dealership with free coffee, this is not your place. If you are looking for a no-nonsense car purchase with lower-than-average dealer fees, this is your place! Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

This car has everything we need and more. 4x4, looks, performance, can be towed behind an RV. Includes sun roof, rear camera, safety braking, more. Rides great.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

You found the best place to buy a used car. Shortly after purchasing the car, it developed a problem. The dealership did not say sorry it's a used car purchased as is but they "stepped up to the plate" to take care of the problem. The service advisor Sebastian, service manager, Eddie, sales manager, Bryan and Claudio , our salesman all provided excellent customer service. I am so glad I went to Napleton's Volkswagen to purchase a used care for my daughter.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I drove from far to see a Tesla that was sold before I got there. I was frustrated at first but Ms. Felicia the customer relations manager stepped in and genuinely was apologetic I wanted to make things right I appreciate her sincerity and she sent me over to the Orlando location where I bought my new Tesla with Eddie. I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

I already was anxious to go through the process cause of what they say about Salesmen in general but Joel A. Was nothing short of Awesome. Has such a fun time and left with my Dream CAR.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

The sales representatives are awesome, they do the best to find the best deal. Dealer have many options for the car model we looking for.

Absolutely has a good friendly, they really try to work with you as much as they can to get the best deal for you. I actually purchased 2 vehicles a week apart. My salesman Roberto was awesome, I would recommend the dealership and him for sure!

Every single person who had contact with me during the purchase process was very helpful and professional. The did everything needed to let me go happy and satisfied with the vehicle wanted.

My Wrangler has the 2.0T engine and gets an average of 23 mpg. No issues mechanically at 52,000 miles; it drives like a Jeep-which makes sense. The interior is stylish and comfortable; AC and heat work just fine for Upstate SC climate. The soft top is easy to flip up and total removal isn't that much more trouble. Radio is great, media mode has a slight lag but stays connected once paired each time you use it-it doesn't automatically connect Bluetooth. The only knock I would have is that the USB or USB-C causes the entire radio to short out periodically. I love my Jeep!
