Everyone there was great.

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.

Have owned Jeeps for 35 years. This is the most comfortable ever. Altitude 4x2 L, V6, avg. 19-24 MPG. Tow up to 8,000. 6 passenger with 2 fold downs in back. Paid 34k with 18k miles

Based on a recommendation from a long time friend, I decided to contact Union Auto Sales when it came time for me to trade in my car. I informed the gentleman, over the phone, of what kind of car I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. He advised me to come to the lot and take a look at a few cars, and also told me that he would give me a price for my trade in. It might have just been good luck, but the day I went to the dealership, the owner had the newer version of the Honda Civic that I had been driving for the past 10 years and offered me a decent price for the trade in of my old car as well. Both guys on the lot, Pat and Tommy, are EXTREMELY knowledgable and helpful when it comes to their business. They worked with me (despite not-so-great credit) and I was able to leave with my new Honda the same day! I have had a lot of other bad experiences when it came to buying cars, and was really hesitant when my friend told me to check out Union Auto Sales. The guys have been in business on the same lot for over 15 years, and I'm not surprised. I will absolutely be back for my next car!

My jeep liberty 2012 is parked. It could only do 25km/hr on the road. Gas pedal not working anymore. Just 2616 miles. I need a help to cruise this car

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

I had the best experience on 5/11/23 at this dealership!! I have been shopping for a long time for a car and I finally found the car I wanted at this dealership. I walked into the office and Laura and Robbie were both so helping and nice. The office was beautiful and clean. It smelt so good. They made me feel like I was a part of the family. They offered me water and coffee. They allowed me to look at every single car I was interested in and go for test drives. I love my Liberty! I was inspired to buy mine (used) after temporarily inheriting my Dad’s 2008 Liberty. I’ll comment on the 2008, then the 2012. 2008: Bought brand new out of the showroom; it was an everyday driver and has been very reliable. No problems with the engine or transmission, 4-wheel drive works great. Some very minor issues with the power window switch, it stopped working, but easy fix. The AC takes a little while to cool the interior down, but it hasn’t been serviced or recharged. This Liberty just turned 300,000 and is still running well! 2012 bought used with 65,000. This Liberty is also a daily driver. The engine and Transmission are fine, no issues. The 4-wheel drive system has been good as well. Used it several times on snowy unplowed Wisconsin roads and it has been solid. Holds skis, snowboards really well. Biggest service item will be new tires. One minor issue with the AM/FM radio, the receiver chip in the radio went bad, so no AM/FM. But the CD and Jack work fine. This Liberty just crossed 125,000 and is running like a champ. Final note: I hated the look and everything about the Liberty when my Dad bought his. Then I drove it. Complete game changer; now I absolutely love it!

Bluetooth/wifi issue....hardware replaced in a timely manner i hope it works....too much technology

Just bought used. Interior and exterior awesome. Engine strong. Nice ride, quiet inside. One common issue, water leak driver side door. Which will be fixed.

I was driving by this dealership and was happy to find it here on Cars.com too and now have a hub to their inventory on my favorite Car site! I am an online car shopping junkie of a sort and when I do decide to move on my next Used vehicle I will check Dover Used Car Center first because when I walked in I was treated as a person and not a target! We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. It was amazing! Having two toddlers with me and the bf lol is a lot of work but Tristan was amazing and worked very quickly with me since this morning before even coming in....pretty much when I arrived I had to sign documents get insurance, test drive in parking lot (only bc the area, I was unfamiliar with) and th3n sign some more paper work and off I went. And the kids did get a little fussy but no complaints from anyone which is always so nice. I mean 2 under 2 is a lot already and they worked their magic and got me a car even with low credit and a repow.....repo..... thanks so much guys!!!!

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

He’s personal and professional. Easy to work with and gets the best deals and insurance rate topped it FULL coverage through geico. I was shocked at my insurance rate. I've had this car for 12 years. It still only has 64k miles. Think little old lady. One expensive repair in all that time is pretty good for as old as it is. The sensor lights stay on all the time, but the car sill runs like a top. I would buy another Jeep if they still made them to look like a Jeep again.

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

The Jeep dealerships don't do body work on the vehicles. It has to be farmed out to a body shop....and this is across the board, not just this state.

This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!
