We have several Ford dealers a lot closer to where we live, but we appreciate the continued pleasant experience with everyone at Northeast Ford. They make it worth the drive.

Nice showroom and a beautiful selection of cars. I looked at a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible and worked with Danny, who was friendly, professional, and laid-back. There was no sales pressure and I was able to get a good price on the automobile. Service provided a detailed review of their inspection and upgrades. They instantly addressed a small mechanical issue that I had with the car, and it was detailed and looked great on delivery. Highly recommended this dealership.

Found a used car on the lot that we were interested in. Spoke originally to Josh and then Justin. Liked the laid back atmosphere without pressure or hype. The transaction was smooth and easy. I bought a brand new Ram 1500 Warlock from a different dealership 3 weeks ago and the check engine light came on. After being shooed away and essentially given a “not our problem” response, Robert’s welcomed me with open arms. I cannot remember her name, but the service woman was fantastic. She told me they could do a quick diagnostic test even though they didn’t have any service openings. The problem was identified as a simple EVAP leak and She told me that it was a quick 15 minute fix and they’ll take care of it. This is ALL I wanted from my other dealership. Robert’s just gained a new customer in the future for this superb service.

This was my FIFTH vehicle purchased from Tee and Torrington Toyota. ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. Every time is a joy. Buying a car can be a stressful and emotional experience. Add to the fact that the dealership is 250 miles away and you need to travel four and a half hours to secure the deal. I mention this because if it wasn’t for the professionalism, patience and compassion of the salesman, Sean Dyer, I would not have made the trip. Sean worked with me every step of the procedure. He described the car in great detail, took and emailed additional photos and offered additional assistance I might need prior to making the trip. I’ve been “around the block” a few times and in my opinion, Sean is far and above the consummate professional. He is easy to talk to, has a great sense of humor and has pride in his profession. If I could give more stars than 5, I definitely would! Lila Bubier, Mark Deal, trade checker and Kia Finance went above and beyond to get me out of my negative equity from my Hyundai Ioniq 5. I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal.
