This whole process of buying a car was a very positive experience. Since I was 14 I’ve dreamed that one day I’d be able to own a white twin turbo Supra! I’ve been following Brooklyn Auto for a little over a year now. I’ve always loved looking at all the awesome cars they have and dream that one day I’d be able to buy something as cool. I started following them because I’ve always loved Toyota Supra’s, and they always seem to have very quality ones for sell. Only problem is I live in Kansas in they are in New York. But Last month they posted the car I had always wanted. A White Twin Turbo Supra with only 71k miles on it. That night day at about 10pm my time (even later in New York) I texted the number posted and within minutes Adam from Brooklyn Auto Messaged me back. I told him that I really liked the car and preceded to ask questions. That night I ask if he could finance a part of the car and he told me no problem. He had a bank that he used that he trusted. The next morning Adam and I spoke on the phone and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. He was very prompt when requesting any videos, and very responsive with answering all the questions that I had. It took the thought “is this for real” or “a bad deal” completely away! With little time I was approved for the loan and the car was mine! Now for transportation! I’ve always had a bad experience with transporters. Adam told me not to worry because he had a guy. The transport guy called me and told me because I was working with Adam he would hook me up and give me a discount and setup a time to pick up the car the next day. This was on a Thursday, the transporter told me he should have the car to me by the following Thursday. Adam sent me another Video of the car getting loaded up and I got supra excited! Well guess what? That Sunday I got a call from the transporter saying he was only 3 hours out!!! For real!?!?! He showed up 4 days early! Seeing the car for the first time was amazing! Just how it had been described to me! It only took 25 years. Because of Adam I now have the car I’ve always wanted, and it is crazy nice!!!! If you are looking to buy a car from these guys don’t hesitate. They are honest, excellent communicators, very responsive, and have a true passion for what they do! I can’t thank them enough! Great vehicle. mine is a soft top and the noise was expected Have to be aware of oil leak at the oil cooler. Chrysler uses a plastic material that over time will warp and not seal. The after market ones are aluminum and since you have to remove to of intake, the coils and spark plugs are accessible as well on the drivers side. Other than that it is awesome

Bought my first JEEP at 56 years old with 123k on the clock the 3.6 is a great little 6banger has cold air intake , yellow top Optima battery 3 in. lift on MT 35s with Rough Country suspension, rock lights , Niilights out front and back on and in Rough Country bumpers and 10k lb winch up front with new Peddle Commander under the dash .

I have owned our Jeep from Day 1! Only had 1 issue the Jeep, had to replace the cross arm! Utter than that, change the oil, keep up with the maintenance, replacing wore out parts, as need. Our Little Green Jeep has been our work horse. We drive it every day, for shopping needs & what nots, because it is easier to park, zip thru traffic & we don`t worry about wee little door dings from the idiot parked next to me!!!! Our Jeep has over 135,000 miles on Her. Her mileage per/gallon has gone down from ah constant 18mpg to ah 13 to 15mpg as the miles started piling On! Absolutely No Regrets in buying our little Green Jeep...

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

My business here was awesome came there after seeing there listing for a ford mustang was able to see the car open it up had no problems with the dealer he was a greay guy let use take it for a test drive the car ran great was able to buy it that day and even though we had insurance problem he was an understanding guy let use leave the car there wile we got that settled and was able to get the car later that week i love this place im recommending this place to anyone i know who needs a used car!!!

My jeep liberty 2012 is parked. It could only do 25km/hr on the road. Gas pedal not working anymore. Just 2616 miles. I need a help to cruise this car

This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.
