Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

This was the best car shopping experience of my life. A few years ago I had a horrible car purchase experience in new jersey, so this time when I needed to buy another new car I decided to go to a dealership I had heard was phenomenal- I went North Carolina to the Mt Airy Chrysler dealership. Tommy Dale was my salesman- he was absolutely wonderful. My experience was great. Throughout I felt in control and never pressured to purchase a car I couldn't afford. The staff was attentive, patient, respectful and knowledgeable. Once I purchased the car Tommy, the salesman, filled my new car with gas, had it washed meticulously and sat with me in the car for over an hour going through all the features in the car. I 100 percent recommend this dealership for anyone to purchase a vehicle. I left satisfied and excited with my purchase.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

I want to give a huge shout and thank you to Johnson Family Chevrolet in Woodlawn, VA. We had a mechanical issue happen with our truck and was headed to get the part we thought would fix it, we saw the bay doors open to the service department and ventured over to see if we could get assistance. Instead of being told again after the first 10 we stopped to talk to "service is closed, come back Monday", we got the owner, Adam Johnson who said, let me help you out. He immediately got on the phone to one of his technician who was home with a sick baby, he spoke with us about the issue it could be and sent one of his fellow techs to help. Surprised to us, the young man on the phone showed up well as the one he had asked to come in. The young men worked on our truck trying to fix this issue so we could finish running our load of heat supplies to WNC. Needless to say they couldn't fix the issue the same day, but they helped us remedy getting the supplies to WNC. The owner, gave us the keys to a brand new Chevrolet pickup to take the load to WNC, no charge!!!! Glory to God this family business saved us and helped us above and beyond to get the job done. If anyone needs a Chevrolet or is thinking of buying one... Go as fast as you can to this dealership, I can only imagine the service you will receive and support you will receive from them, after they have done this for us. It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

i drive a Cadillac SRX luxury and i had this jeep rented for four months and i found it difficult to get back in my car after having the 2.0 turbocharged model unlimited 4 door hard top!

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.
