2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Bought my 2017 Overland 2WD preowned with 74k miles. It’s now Feb of 2024 my Jeep’s got 135k on the odometer and I’ve never once had an issue. I occasionally get car fever, start looking at cars online, but the second I jump behind the wheel of my Grand Cherokee I smile and decide to keep it for a little longer. I still love the look, it’s super comfortable, has plenty of power, all the bells and whistles I want (and beyond), and I love the fact not every single thing is touch screen as most modern vehicles. I love I can turn up the volume, operate the AC and many features with good ‘ole KNOBS without taking my eyes off the road.

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

My jeep compass is very good. I, been really happy with mine. The performance, suspension handling plus the fuel mileage is all pro's. Comfortable seating heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation apple car play etc. Really good resale value reputation. Good reliability, the ratings.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

Just bought used with 56,000 miles on it. Gas mileage was not all that great, so I replace the oxygen sensor myself which cost about $35. The gas mileage rounded right up to about 23 miles per gallon driving stop and go. a great ride, nice interior, go buy one.
