The 2012 Gran Cherokee Overland has been my car for over 12 years. I’ve enjoyed every minute of driving it. Have made several road trips with it and never a complaint. I have to say that each and every time I visit Lithia CJDR of the Tri-Cities is ALWAYS a Pleasant Experience. The Service Dept; Oscar, Dexia, Austin, and Miguel, are always pleasant, they always greet us and remember us as we bring in our vehicles for their regular maintenance. Sales Dept; Lolo Lopez; BEST D--- Salesperson We have ever met. (My husband and I have purchased 25 vehicles thru the last 40 years) Lolo is and will be the only Salesperson we will recommend to any one who asks! He is not pushy, not annoying, nor is he a hoverer. Lolo is very amicable and a down home person. Sales Finance: Brian and Ivan, very conscientious and caring during our interaction of signing of contracts and going over the financing. Brian and Ivan called me the very next day to see if everything was going well with my new vehicle and if I had any concerns. I did have a couple of concerns relating to the charging of the vehicle (not related to them or Lithia).They listened to my concerns and were able to offer suggestions. Over all, Lithia of the Tri-Cities have loyal customers indefinitely.

I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

I saw a great looking Jeep on their lot and I'm glad I stopped to check it out! Joe and Robin were great to work with throughout the buying process. This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

  I have the Trailhawk trim, the serious off-road version.  Finally, a car that I can confidently drive in and out of rough construction sites, and not be afraid that I'll break it or get it stuck.   It is possessed by a powerful spirit of wanderlust, and frequently demands that I take it on drives just to see places it hasn't yet been, preferably places that normal cars cannot go.   If Don Quixote de La Mancha lived in our time, he would surely drive a vehicle like this one; a vehicle truly fit for a modern Knight Errant.   I didn't know until a few days after I bought it, and I don't think the dealership knew either, but this one has about a 2" aftermarket lift, and slightly larger tires than stock.

Alex was great to deal with this would be third purchase from City Auto. I recommend this dealer if you are looking for someone to treat you like a Human, not just a customer and forget you exist once you get in your car and leave. We had some issues with the car in past and the OWNER did not hesitate to help us and go out of his way, that to us means a lot now days.
