I had a such a wonderful experience purchasing my 2021 bmw x6 in January. I had no plan of getting the car I thought I was going to experience another rude salesman’s so I was just going to see it in person and really didn’t want to talk. I was totally wrong. Jayson was amazing and very professional. He had lots of patience with me. Jayson’s energy was amazing, so much so where due to unforeseen circumstances I was shopping for another car.. Since I had such a great unexpected experience with Jayson I said I have to go back to him even though the dealership is 1 hour and 15 minutes away from me and I was referred to another dealership 15 minutes away from me. I called him and said Jayson let’s make magic again after telling him what I was looking for.. Well yesterday that was what we did. I purchased a 2023 bmw x6 with the M sport package (my white diamond) Jayson once again was simplyyyyyy amazing, alone with MrJR, one of the managers, Mr. Bobby another manager and Mr. Don the finance manager. Thank you guys so much.. Jayson was a call away and talked to me while he was off.. I told Jayson I wasn’t taking that drive to the dealership unless we could make magic with that car, he said don’t worry we will and we DID💃🏽 Another great experience . Wonderful people who made a horrible experience turn into an amazing one that was worth the drive anytime.. Looking to get a car definitely ask for Jayson Robertson, he is truly that guy!! Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

Just bought a gently used `22 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK in diamond black. I love it! It was a prior lease with just 18k miles on it. I have had it for a few weeks and I am thrilled! Stereo is amazing and it even has a nice factory sunroof and tow package!

Fast friendly, got the deal I wanted. Followed up the next day with a car wash and I was on my way. I plan on using the maintenance department for oil changes in the future.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I purposely waited a couple of months before writing this review because I wanted to see what kind of follow up Rainbow did and I wanted to go through the first service of the truck with their service department. I purchased the Sierra 1500 truck with the small diesel engine in April. It has been a fantastic truck so far and I am getting over 30 mpg on the Causeway. First, it was a pleasure dealing with the salesperson, Rocky Comeaux. She was not pushy, she listened and she answered questions. There were two questions that she did not know the answer to - and instead of making up a response, she asked someone in her department. Having been in sales at one time for 8 years, this was refreshing that a salesperson did not try to "look good" in front of the customer and not look like she did not know what she was doing and made sure my questions were answered correctly. Rocky has followed up with me several times since the purchase to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Second, I traded in a 2004 Dodge Ram truck with over 360,000 miles with the original motor and transmission. I take care of my vehicles, and longevity of the truck was important to me. As such, the long term warranty options were of interest. Rainbow explained them, and they treated me fair on my trade in. Third, paying for the vehicle was easy and picking it up was seamless. Fourth, I recently brought the truck in for the first oil change and service. The service department was booked for over a week but getting the appointment was easy on the app and I picked up the truck later that day at my convenience. The only hiccup on the service was that the DEF was not refilled. When I brought this to the service department's attention, they immediately apologized and filled it up asap. The service department was very easy to deal with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them as we have a 2013 GMC Suburban still going strong.

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

My Gladiator is 3 years old. Driving in Alaska and what a great vehicle. Starts every morning with no issues. Drives great in deep snow thanks to the ground clearance. The ride is stiff-it’s a Jeep.

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

I had 7 starts left on my Sprinter due to the DEF not working correctly. I called and they said bring it on in. In 3 hours I was completely fixed and did not have to worry about getting back to Ohio. I purchased this Jeep brand new in 2012 as a 2013 Model, I have since put 150,000 miles on. It is a Jeep and can get a little uncomfortable on long highway drives. I took this on a 3 week coast to coast road trip across the US I would know. It does a great job towing my 20foot i/o boat to and from the lake, but wouldn't recommend long trips with that much to tow. Maintenance has been astonishingly low, the only things I needed was regular oil changes, brakes, and a radiator leak that was covered under warranty. This is one of the best all around vehicles, top down cruising in the summer and 4x4 for the snowy PA winters.
