I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. It’s a Jeep, so people who buy this understand what it’s all about, great off road performance, reliable and fun to drive. The Gladiator is unique because it’s a pickup and gives you more flexibility on abilities to carry more, but doesn’t hamper performance in any way, also, priced well compared to similar vehicles.

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Took in to fix light coming on re: Anti-lock brakes and Traction control. Didn't realize it was still under warranty, but was informed it was. They also identified a problem with the battery and replaced it under warranty as well. Parts were not in stock, so I was given a loaner at no charge. Also had some 30,000 mile maintenance done on the car. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I worked with Brett and Daniel. They both were extremely helpful and informative. Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, they were professional and genuinely wanted to help me find what was best for me. Highly recommend this dealership.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

I really love my new Compass, I enjoy driving it. It handles very nice and for a 4 cylinder engine it moves. The interior is very beautiful and comfortable.

I love my Wagoneer L. It cost just over 70k, so it’s not super cheap. As soon as i pulled out of the dealership lot, that car was awesome. It felt like riding on a cloud. One thing I will say is the brakes are very high, so I initially thought the parking brake was on but it was not. When you tap against the brakes it slams kind of (not violently but noticeably) but you have to really push down to actually make it stop because it is such a heavy vehicle. The outside of the car is so nice. We got the Series II in black and it was very nice looking. But the inside was even nicer. There’s a huge touchscreen with tons of entertainment options and heated and ventilated seats and black leather. It may even be more comfortable than other cars I have been in like Mercedes and Range Rovers. There was chargers at every seat, lots of space in the back for luggage and other cargo, and power seats that folded down into the floor with the push of a button. Long story short, it’s amazing for the price.

Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. I’ve owned this for 2.5 years, I bought it because it was as jeep and allowed me to drive it in electric mode. Few problems. I drive it almost exclusively in electric mode. Yes, there are times when electric is unavailable but that is due to not putting gas in for a long time. Once I even put in 2-3 gals. good to go.

The services on my car were detailed and transparent. The speed of service was solid. The work was done professionally too. Service Department treats me very well too, very friendly group of folks!

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

Notes on the multi point stated my vehicle needed a lot of service, but none were explained. The receipt mentioned the rear differential but also not explained.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own
