I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Bought my first JEEP at 56 years old with 123k on the clock the 3.6 is a great little 6banger has cold air intake , yellow top Optima battery 3 in. lift on MT 35s with Rough Country suspension, rock lights , Niilights out front and back on and in Rough Country bumpers and 10k lb winch up front with new Peddle Commander under the dash .

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. Based on driving habits. I never had a major issue. Drives great, rides nice, sound of speakers could be better but overall best SUV I ever got. Others may complain. But riding it hard all the time will tear up anything u drive. But overall keeping as long it goes 4 yrs so far and can't complain

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.
