This was my 3rd purchase in a row from Hudson Chrysler. Joe Ard, was the salesman the past two times. It was nice to work with a familiar and knowledgeable salesman. He promptly answered questions and had the vehicle ready for a test drive upon my arrival. The used car was thoroughly detailed at time of pick up. Purchasing process was a breeze. Bridget Cavalier, in finance office, was pleasant and had all the paperwork in order. No pressure to buy warranties, etc. Joe took time to educate me on the car's features, connect my phone, etc. In the future, I will continue shopping for vehicles and servicing my vehicles here.

A great looking car. We will probably never learn all of the features the car has. Dealer was excellent and no problems working with them. Only one thing not to like was the location of the Emergency Brake lever. Things seem to get set there, and locking the lever.

Excellent Service and repair. Would have them do my repair work in the future.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Recently I bought a 2021 TRX from this dealer. They made the entire process very easy, gave me an extremely fair price, and were very efficient when it came to picking up the truck and filling out paperwork. i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

Hannah was amazing we originaly went in to have a recall done on my Fiancees Jeep and we decided to look around and after looking for a little while we found one she wanted to test drive and we were looking for someone and Hannah asked if we had been helped yet and she proceeded to help us we eneded up buyimg the Durango she test drove and her daughter was with and she looked at a car also again Hannah helped her also and she ended up buying a vehicle also So then it was my turn i ended up buying a brand new Jeep Renigade Hannah was so helpfull to all 3 of us and she is so knowledgeable and friendly Hannah went above and beyond to help us all find vehicles that met our needs i will definetly. Vehicle handles well easy to park and maneuver I don’t like the fuel tank capacity very small also I don’t like the fact it has no spare tire unless you purchase it for three hundred plus you offer a air compressor which is great for a slow leak but don’t get a blow out in the boondocks you’ll be screwed. I don’t think a space saver spare will break the bank.

I had an oil change and the tires rotated. everything went fine.

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

We were looking for a moderately priced Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for a teenage son and this one fit the bill. For a roughly 8 year old vehicle it was well taken care of by previous owners. Although the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited won’t be confused with a luxury car for its ride and comfort, they are adequately appointed and fun to drive. That’s where the saying, “it’s a Jeep thing “ comes from. All I know is that in our area they are very popular and our teenage son will thoroughly enjoy it if he can ever get it away from his Mom.

Hanna knows her job well and was very helpful with our purchase. She went over and above to make sure we were happy with the car we bought. She also set up all of our electronics to the car and was detailed on showing us how to use all features.

MOST importantly it is a JEEP. If you want a luxury vehicle, buy one, if you want a full-size truck, buy one, if you want a sports car, buy one, the Jeep Gladiator is none of these. It is designed to be a mid-sized pick-up yet still be a Jeep, it does this PERFECTLY. I have owned 9 Jeeps over the years, as early as 1978 up through 2006; the Jeeps today are full of more amenities and comfort than they ever have been in history. I have 2 Gladiators; a '23 Mojave, and a '23 Diesel Overland, both of them are INCREDIBLE vehicles on and off road, and MORE than fit the bill for a light duty pick-up, superseding most others on the market, and I am even comparing to any of the 5 Tacoma's I have owned. If you are in the market for a light duty pick-up, you can't beat it; whether it is a loaded up graded model, or even the base model, it is still a truck with 4WD, straight axles, and still available with a manual transmission. VERY happy with both of mine!

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Comfortable seats heated, cargo area is spacious. Very nice quality interior design and the leather. Touchscreen stereo with navigation and other apps. Reliability, Good vehicle value!!

I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.

I came to Hastings Chrysler to look at a used car that I had seen online. I texted with Logan a couple of times before arriving and expected that he would have the car ready for a test drive. When I got there, we did not get out of the lot before I noticed that oil light was on. We checked the oil and it was just a little bit low so we decided to take the car for a short driver. I barely got out of the lot before I heard a noise in the front end and felt significant vibration. I did not feel safe taking it further, so we just went around the block and returned. I understand this was an "as is" trade in that was not going to be repaired and was priced accordingly but I believe someone should have driven it before hand to be sure it was at least safe to drive. The second car we drove was much better and we went for a nice test drive, getting to try the car in town, highway and country road driving. I really liked the car but wanted to keep looking so did not make any commitment to buy. Logan introduced me to the used car manager and I got his card. After looking at a couple of other cars at other places, I decided to make an offer on the second car I had driven, a 2011 Subaru Outback. I left a message for Logan on my lunch break, he called me back when I was unavailable at work. I returned his call but did not hear back the next day. After a couple of more days, I called Logan again but got his voice mail and did not hear back. The next day I called and spoke to him and found that the car had been sold. I was disappointed but understand as I had made no commitment. Overall, I think your dealership is o.k. but I would recommend that you train all of your sales people to inspect and take a brief test drive of any vehicle they may have inquiries on.

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.

I bought mine used..Love it, but sad to hear the model has been discontinued..Mine is pretty basic...not many extras to break...decent gas mileage, running great on E15, too.

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance
