It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

This is my 3rd Jeep and everyday driver. My husband bought her for me because he knew I wanted another Wrangler again. We live in Colorado, and go off-roading in the mountains; she amazes me every time! She handles in-town and highway driving great, too. I have customized her (bulbar, angry eyes grille, lift kit, etc..), which is all part of the fun!

Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.

Purchased my 2007 Grand Cherokee Laredo with 87,200 miles and am proud to say this Jeep is the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. At 192,500 miles and it still runs beautifully and has withstood New England weather.

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

Great SUV...BOUGHT in 2017...good on gas penalty of zip with V6 engine. The start stop stop working last year and found out why.I needed a new battery as went dead this year...now start stop feature works 100 percent. Have low milage 30000 miles or 50000 kms here in Canada. .

My parents bought this new back in 2009 and after a car accident that totaled my first truck (01 Chevy S10), my mom gave me this and I love every bit of it!! I’ve had it in my possession about 5 years now and it’s such a fun vehicle. The 4WD is amazing and it’s capabilities are really impressive! With the right driving on a trail, lifted truck owners look at me sometimes and say “Ain’t no way a Liberty did that!”. It’s a solid SUV. I use mine as both a daily and a weekend warrior (not too hard because I have to drive it home) and it’s a great vehicle all in all! Gas mileage could be a little better but it’s a V6 Jeep, what do you expect. I highly recommend this vehicle to anyone who wants to get into Overlanding or anyone who just wants a fun Jeep for their buck! Keep up with maintenance (as you should with every vehicle) and it’ll treat you right! The selections only let me choose “New” or “Used” but I’d say both because it was new to my Mom and Dad but used obviously when I got it. Along with “Primary Use”, I use it to both commute to work and have some fun but it would only let me choose one.

Bought the New 2017 Limited Compass right out of the gate in 2017. Exterior styling is amazing (many compliments), love the grille, black roof is sharp. Interior is great with the exception of no place to put sunglasses/phone. Electronics have been a bit glitchy - remote start rarely works, screen freezes often. Wish the shifting was more aggressive. Put your foot on the gas and it seems bogged down in a gear that's too high, very unresponsive acceleration. I always override the auto-feature that turns the car off at idle - a few incidents that I felt were unsafe. It drives really well in snow but I once bent the underbody shield on city streets after a snowfall. It's a pretty, but delicate Jeep. I love this vehicle but I hope some improvements came with the next model years before I buy another :)

  I have the Trailhawk trim, the serious off-road version.  Finally, a car that I can confidently drive in and out of rough construction sites, and not be afraid that I'll break it or get it stuck.   It is possessed by a powerful spirit of wanderlust, and frequently demands that I take it on drives just to see places it hasn't yet been, preferably places that normal cars cannot go.   If Don Quixote de La Mancha lived in our time, he would surely drive a vehicle like this one; a vehicle truly fit for a modern Knight Errant.   I didn't know until a few days after I bought it, and I don't think the dealership knew either, but this one has about a 2" aftermarket lift, and slightly larger tires than stock.

Well balanced designed to take you on rough drives without confort sacrifice. Excellent driving position that makes a pleasure to drive. Giving you full control and a sense of security when driving on slippery roads. I drove It over the Rockies and the Sierras enjoin the beauty of those places.

I have just bought this used Cherokee. 70,000 miles I Like it a lot so far. Except I am having a little trouble with my blind spots. Not used to being so low compared to my Ranger Truck. I have a good upgrade. Pretty good milage. Everybody says I got a good deal and so far so good. Drives very nice.

Interior is wonderful, love everything about this vehicle. Drives great, looks great, and was very affordable. I just feel very safe in this vehicle and I love it.

The fine gentlemen at NJ Auto Pros really know how to work out a deal! I had very little money as I am on disability due to a series of unfortunate work accidents. I was currently rolling around in a busted up Lincoln continental that looked like it was old during the bicentennial. The boys took my car in as a trade to help offset the cost of the new car. The car really should have been junked however they made me a beyond fair offer for my car. Hope I do not need another car anytime soon, but when I do, I will be calling the boys at NJ Auto Pros. Read some of the negative reviews thinking we may have gotten lucky with ours. We still own our 2017 Trailhawk that my wife uses for commuting to work. Bought it used from Hertz with 24K miles late 2018. Of course we bought an extended warranty. Sure enough, the right front brake caliper froze. Had the whole front braking system replaced under warranty and never had another problem with the brakes. Only other problem we had was an occasional transmission hesitation that only seems to happen when I’m driving it. Happened about twice a year. My wife never experienced it because she drives like an “Old lady.” Oh, cigarette lighter fuse burnt out one time while using an air compressor. It was a royal PITA to replace because it’s hidden deep under the DS dashboard. You’ll have to remove the knee panel to get to it with very little space. We have the smaller screen infotainment system. Very basic but works ok. Backup camera is small and barely useful, but works. Engine noise can get loud from a four cylinder Tigershark. Other than those issues, this Trailhawk is a blast to drive. The Tigershark is a beast and enough to get this tiny AWD out of any spots where most of its direct competitors would get stuck. I didn’t like its AWD at first until I realized that the “Fresh” tires Hertz installed before we picked it up were cheap asian made all season touring tires that were slippery on any road surface. After replacing them with proper tires, this tiny SUV can go anywhere though i still wouldn't dare bring it to where the "Real" Jeeps can go. I've taken ours through gravel, sand, mud, some rocks, and snow. Hasn't failed me yet. Knock on wood. We've driven it from FL to NJ without any problems. It's tight inside as expected. The engine pulled our heavy load easily. We've also been blessed to own a Tigershark engine that doesn't burn excessive oil. Yes, they do exist. The ride can get jiggly from the short wheelbase. Handling is good with good tires, but treacherous with bad, cheap tires. One note on the realtime AWD system in normal mode. There is a slight lag transferring power to the rear wheels. Similar to most realtime AWD systems in the market at this price level. Our Honda Pilot with VTM4 torque vectoring AWD system doesn't have this issue as a comparison. Follow a good maintenance schedule with this little beauty and they can last a long time.
