Most dealers are a bunch of vultures. But I worked with Nicholas Polanowski from Laura Automotive and it was best experience i have had at a dealership. I havent purchased my jeep but Nicholas will be the only salesman I work with. Very professional and understanding that I live over 2 hours away and can't just hop on over to test drive. Never pushed anything, let me do all the talking, unless he was answering questions. To often salesmen are to pushy. I requested info on a vechile and within a few minutes of sending an email I was contacted by two people, before being assigned to Nicholas. We will be buying a vechile very soon and will he driving over 2 hours just to use Laura Automotive.

Great vehicle. mine is a soft top and the noise was expected Have to be aware of oil leak at the oil cooler. Chrysler uses a plastic material that over time will warp and not seal. The after market ones are aluminum and since you have to remove to of intake, the coils and spark plugs are accessible as well on the drivers side. Other than that it is awesome

This is my 3rd Jeep and everyday driver. My husband bought her for me because he knew I wanted another Wrangler again. We live in Colorado, and go off-roading in the mountains; she amazes me every time! She handles in-town and highway driving great, too. I have customized her (bulbar, angry eyes grille, lift kit, etc..), which is all part of the fun!

They care overall is great. Fred is fixing any of the little things that we knew about it prior to me taking it!!! Fred added on so much and is putting new tires on and fixing any of the little things!!!!!

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Every Jeep I've owned has been great. I never could understand where the negative reviews come from... I'd buy a Grand Cherokee Limited before any European SUV. The quality surpasses anything the Europeans sell at this price point. So does the service.

Laura Ram Sullivan Mo custom ordered my 2022 Ram Laramie Crew Cab for me . Ram delivered me an absolutely stunning Delmonico Red Pearl coat truck in 5 weeks . I may of gotten lucky on that . Was told to plan on 12 weeks. Was shocked when I got a call it was in. Conner Haggerty was my Sales person. He was great. I asked a lot of questions . He was alway prompt to get right back to me . I picked this truck up on a Saturday. Since it was an ordered truck. Price was already established. Dealership was busy. I think they only had 1 finance manager there that day. But we were there nearly 6 hours to sign and settle up on truck . That really needs to be streamlined. But we got it done and I got a stunning RAM truck. So they get 5 stars. Great dealership. I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

I have had several hybrid SUVs, Lexus and Mercedes, and this is at the top of the list for me. The hybrid drive is seamless, smooth, and responsive at all speeds. This is the largest hybrid SUV I have owned and yet, it is the most fuel efficient. Amazing mileage around town (50+ mpg) and highway cruising with the little 4-cylinder is very efficient. At highway speeds the transmission keeps the small internal combustion engine from working too hard but when power is needed for passing the combination of torque from the electric power plant along with the turbocharger provides instant responsiveness. Inside, the SUV is roomy and luxurious. The finishes benefit from the Italian roots of the owners to provide a beautiful harmony of design with soft supple leather and rich hardwood trim. The electronics work extremely well from the MacIntosh sound system to the driver assist and lane-keeping features that virtually drive the vehicle for you. The seat air conditioning and built-in massagers make even long driving trips relaxing. Yes, there have been some recalls, expected in an early edition of a new model. The only negative has been in servicing the recalls. Jeep dealers are still basically just old Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge operations that are not prepared to handle high-end vehicles and the customers they attract. Too few technicians, and poor scheduling between the service writers and the shop. The service waiting areas are designed for truck drivers not owners of luxury automobiles. Stellantis may have upgraded the vehicles to a much higher level but their achilles heel is the dealer service network.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

Overall great experience, from ordering to purchasing. They custom ordered a 2022 Ram 1500 and it came on schedule for an awesome price. The service was always nice and fast.

Our 22 Wagoneer Series II is awesome. So quiet and the ride quality is like there's a layer of cream cheese between the road and the tires. Totally reliable, nothing but oil/filter changes. Super roomy and comfy interior.
