This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

we had a horrible experience with a couple other dealerships in south Carolina and north carolina . we have been looking for a truck for months and thought we found a couple so we drove to moore county and on the way there they sold the prospective truck as we were pulling on to their lot out from under our feet . we had check in hand and coming in to look at and test drive they knew we were on the way to do so . they never told us someone else was in the process of buying it they just told us it was still available and to come on out they didn't even show us another truck or something equivalent frustrated and upset we drove 45 minutes one way to not see a truck we drove home . Next day we were alerted of another truck this time in south carolina so we drove another 100 miles the oposite way with check in hand to look at another prospective truck. only to get there and realize they weren't honest about the mileage or that the truck was used . they also failed to tell us that it had pulled a travel trailer entirely too big for that type of truck which raised suspicions about the condition of the truck. they also tried getting more money out of us than what they instructed our bank lender to write the check for if we decided to buy. we asked to speak with the manager at this chevy dealership he said he has been working on this since we called and knew all about the situation , but when we brought up the fact we weren't comfortable buying something that was used and had hauled something too big he was furious and didnt like to be called a liar. he also said that he was sorry we wouldn't pay the extra 300 dollars to make the deal go through . being an older couple we were tired and frustrateddthat a upstanding dealership in south carolina treated us the way they did . so we left and called the bank lender and explained what had happened she started looking for us herself and found john hiester Chevrolet of Lillington and told us to call and give it a try before we gave up . they had a brand new 23 chevy truck and it was less money. we called and was directed to ashley whom was very nice and understanding she told us she was on it and would get back to us. the next day i called back on the truck and they made the ball roll right away . we started out that afternoon 80 miles the other way hoping this was not another goose chase . we went up test drove and did paperwork on our new Silverado pickup truck much better price and way more better experience. thank you so much for your courteous professional and kind treatment it made the other 2 dealerships and frustration go away . best car buying experience ever in our 49 years of buying and driving a car . this place deserves a reward of excellence !!!!!!!!!! ive already recommended this dealership to 3 other people thank you to everyone we cant remember all your names we met that night but everyone was very nice and patient and understanding made the whole buying process worth the trip.

MOST importantly it is a JEEP. If you want a luxury vehicle, buy one, if you want a full-size truck, buy one, if you want a sports car, buy one, the Jeep Gladiator is none of these. It is designed to be a mid-sized pick-up yet still be a Jeep, it does this PERFECTLY. I have owned 9 Jeeps over the years, as early as 1978 up through 2006; the Jeeps today are full of more amenities and comfort than they ever have been in history. I have 2 Gladiators; a '23 Mojave, and a '23 Diesel Overland, both of them are INCREDIBLE vehicles on and off road, and MORE than fit the bill for a light duty pick-up, superseding most others on the market, and I am even comparing to any of the 5 Tacoma's I have owned. If you are in the market for a light duty pick-up, you can't beat it; whether it is a loaded up graded model, or even the base model, it is still a truck with 4WD, straight axles, and still available with a manual transmission. VERY happy with both of mine!

I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

I have been searching for a AMG since June, 2022. I have been dealing with the mark up of these cars that go against what banks value them. One after another I end up passing a deal on one due to the owner not having the title in hand, price and delayed responses from sellers. Frustrated, I decided to do my daily web search for a AMG and calm the nerves. Little do I find, a car I once owned. Back in 2020 I ended up having to sell a few of my cars due to medical reasons and expenses. One of them was a 2005 SLK55 AMG, which I had worked on personally rebuilding/improving the Roadster. I never thought I would see this car again until I found it on John Heister's website, which this Dealership was located in North Carolina nearly 1825 miles away. I contacted the dealership quickly hoping it wasn't pending sale. John(Sales) who I had first contact with, listened to my story about the vehicle including my past ownership. I went over the details of the worked performed and the modifications I have done to the SLK. He was intrigued with my story and was interested in helping me buy this car back. Now in most cases dealing with price is always the harder end when buying a vehicle but John made it easy, working with his Sales Manager they both gave me the green light on what I would pay for this vehicle. I was so happy and with John's constant communication throughout the buying process and getting the car ready for transport I was beyond exhilarated. This was a effortless experience compared to other Dealers who have only seen customer's as a Dollar sign walking through the door or in this case thru a website haha. I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

We went there yesterday looking for a used car. My 1st requirement was that I didn't want to be there for 7 hours. Michael was our associate and he did a fantastic job making that happen! He is a fairly new employee of Carmax but I would've thought he had been there for years! He was very knowledgeable and so efficient. He was patient and answered all our questions. I did get my 2016 Nissan Rogue and absolutely love it! I will definitely return to Carmax for all my car buying needs.

The cars were from two different brands on two different platforms and he offered sound reviews and advice on both. It was super convenient to be able to sit in any car on the lot. I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

I love my jeep Sahara I put a 2in lift in it and 20 in rims with 35 in wide tires , I took it on a 5000 mile road trip it did great on the highway and over the mountains of Colorado I hit a lot of snow and rain on the trip to the west coast and back to Oklahoma I loved the drive it does not drive like a sport car but better then my work truck does , for the whole trip I avg 20 miles to the gal even with the over size tires on it and the off road is just what you think a jeep would be , if you want a good on and off road then I say this is a good jeep for you

This has been an amazing vehicle! Super comfortable and will buy again. Loved all of the tech and comfort features to make each trip the best. I have owned a lot of cars and this one has the most intuitive features by far.

Great SUV with 3rd row seats and captains chairs in the middle. It drives so smooth for being a larger SUV. Surprisingly it has been great on gas for me. The exterior is so sleek and looks incredibly high end. The interior is true comfort and the Jeep brand has definitely thought of everything. This has been my favorite Jeep by far.

The vehicle matched the description exactly. They shared a Carfax report right away and even sent extra photos upon request. Everything—from the extended warranty to taxes and fees—was explained clearly and upfront. Since I came with my own financing, I can’t speak to their loan options, but the rest of the process was smooth and pressure-free. We made the trip from Charlotte and it was well worth it. I’d gladly purchase from them again.
