I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

Was able to get ahold of Jeremy the day before I could come in to view and test drive the vehicle. Came in the next day, test drove it and had it inspected mechanically by an auto center nearby. Everything was great and the purchasing process was simple and effective.

Great vehicle. mine is a soft top and the noise was expected Have to be aware of oil leak at the oil cooler. Chrysler uses a plastic material that over time will warp and not seal. The after market ones are aluminum and since you have to remove to of intake, the coils and spark plugs are accessible as well on the drivers side. Other than that it is awesome

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

The dealership has followed up with me and keep me in the loop regards a car I was interested in. That interest continues but I am looking at all option regarding make and model. I like the fact that they understand my delay and have been profesional and patient.

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

Very comfortable seating & leg room for me (6'4"), but my wife has a hard time climbing in with its lift and 35's. My only problem is the shifter is, as described in all reviews, rubbery. It takes a determined shift to get "reverse" to go without grinding. And, it doesn't like shifting too soon. You have to tach out every gear when accelerating to highway speed, or it will dog down. While complaining, the back is difficult to access with my zippered rag-top. Otherwise, I love it. It's beautiful, quiet (for a Jeep), drives smooth at high speeds, and will climb a tree (almost). My JKU gets 18+ mpg and the seats are very comfortable on a long drive.

I was interested in a vehicle (2014 Acura ILX) listed on cars.com and made an inquiry as to the availability of the vehicle. I received an immediate response from Jeremy and we made arrangements for me to come and check out the car. When I arrived, Jeremy was waiting and the the vehicle was ready for me to test out. I never thought I'd own a Jeep in my lifetime, then five years ago I bought a used 2014 Jeep Patriot and was amazed by its fuel economy and reliability for a mid-size SUV. Then three months ago my sister needed a car, and I passed the Patriot along to her, so I began doing research to buy another used car for myself and found the 2014 Jeep Compass. Now I'm the proud owner of not one but two Jeeps! I fell in love with it because of its looks as it is "less boxy" than the Patriot and the interior is basically a replica of a car I'm already used to driving. Find it a little bit roomier than the Patriot, love the top of the gate spoiler and the headlights design as well as the focused (foglights?). I can carry a ton of stuff in the back specially since I added the retractable cargo cover for privacy and safety. I definitely recommend this crossover SUV, it delivers a ton for its value. Definitely money well invested.

This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

I actually love it! I bought it second hand and it runs really well. The car is well isolated, the AC works great. It is very comfy and the gas is not running low as fast as I was expecting to (based on online reviews). So, I am actually positively surprised. It looks great with a retro flair, provides good visibility which speaks for a good design. All in all, for the current price market is a good deal. A straightforward and simple car that works great.

Jeff was extraordinary and realistic. I stopped by and drive the wrangler I was interested in. I wasn’t sure when I could return with my trade. He suggested I send pictures and info on my trade to get us in the ball park. Within 30 minutes of sending him my information that evening he called with a range for my trade. I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

Car was perfect and price was under budget for what I was looking for love the feel of the ride and the seats are very comfortable for a woman, my husband is a big guy and he does not fit too good.

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

Not sure why it was totaled by the insurance company because it was sideswiped on the right side with damage to the fender and front door. There was no damage to the frame.
