This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. I have had several hybrid SUVs, Lexus and Mercedes, and this is at the top of the list for me. The hybrid drive is seamless, smooth, and responsive at all speeds. This is the largest hybrid SUV I have owned and yet, it is the most fuel efficient. Amazing mileage around town (50+ mpg) and highway cruising with the little 4-cylinder is very efficient. At highway speeds the transmission keeps the small internal combustion engine from working too hard but when power is needed for passing the combination of torque from the electric power plant along with the turbocharger provides instant responsiveness. Inside, the SUV is roomy and luxurious. The finishes benefit from the Italian roots of the owners to provide a beautiful harmony of design with soft supple leather and rich hardwood trim. The electronics work extremely well from the MacIntosh sound system to the driver assist and lane-keeping features that virtually drive the vehicle for you. The seat air conditioning and built-in massagers make even long driving trips relaxing. Yes, there have been some recalls, expected in an early edition of a new model. The only negative has been in servicing the recalls. Jeep dealers are still basically just old Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge operations that are not prepared to handle high-end vehicles and the customers they attract. Too few technicians, and poor scheduling between the service writers and the shop. The service waiting areas are designed for truck drivers not owners of luxury automobiles. Stellantis may have upgraded the vehicles to a much higher level but their achilles heel is the dealer service network.

Zack Myers is more of guide than a salesperson, although he did close the sale with us. From our first phone conversations to our in person meeting on the day, we ultimately purchased the vehicle. Zack was a calm confidence builder in the business we were dealing with and the vehicle we ultimately purchased. We drove two hours to purchase this vehicle from Zack and we had never purchased a used car before, but his calm demeanor in fact based responses or a real confidence builder for us. This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

We have bought our last 3 vehicles from Twin Pine and have been very pleased with every vehicle. So when it came time for us to purchase another there was no doubt where we wanted to buy from. I worked with a gentleman named Quinn who was So patient, kind and informative. He brought us like 7 vehicles test drive and never seemed annoyed or trying to hurry us up. Unfortunately when I reached out to Quinn to buy a few months later I was informed that he was no longer here. The gentleman that texted me back was helpful as well and in high demand. We quickly text drove the vehicle and then started the paperwork for my new used car.

I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

I picked the Jeep Renegade in the Trailhawk model because it is the only car in the compact category that also has excellent off roading capabilities. It completely beats out the other "off road" vehicles in its class like the Crosstrek or trailblazer. It also works excellent as a daily driver and great on long highway drives, having way better gas mileage than a pickup or wrangler. No road noise like you get in a wrangler or a truck with big off road tires. I've had this car for a little over a year at this point, with about 7000 miles, and the only thing I can say was any kind of issue was I got warning lights on my dash for the lane sensors, but they were just dirty and a quick wash fixed that problem. I can't say much for reliability just because the car is still so new. I have the leather trim upgrade that you can get with the trailhawk, but even with that the quality of the interior is lacking compared to other vehicle brands at the same price range and category, like the Crosstrek, but looking at Jeep's other vehicles like the Gladiator or Wrangler, it fits right in. Everything does feel high quality. I'm very picky about road noises and rattling panels or vibrations while driving, and I haven't had anything at all yet with this vehicle even when driving on rough roads or hitting bumps. The only reason why I gave this car a lower interior rating is just because of the excessive use of plastic. The exterior is very unique. At first I absolutely hated the blocky look of the renegade, but with all the iconic Jeep stying mixed in and the upgraded look of the trailhawk front bumper, I have grown to really love the way this little SUV looks. The blocky shape gives it extremely good headroom and gives it extra cargo space in the rear. The trailhawk model has armor on the underside to prevent damage by anything you're climbing over when going off road. There are some gaps in the armor that you can fill with available aftermarket parts. I will say that I think the cardboard box aerodynamics are the main reason why the gas mileage is so poor even with such a small engine. With about 55/45 split between in-town and highway driving respectively, on roads with large elevation changes, I do still get 24 mpg combined which is decent. The road handling is also great, the Renegade is a very light car, and even with being a little top heavy it zooms around corners almost like a small sports car. The 1.3l engine is surprisingly torque-y, it took me a little while to get used to being gentle on the throttle, the first few gears are very deep and the tiny turboed engine makes 210 foot pounds of torque so it will launch very quickly until it gets to 3rd/4th gear. The absolute worst and best thing about this car is it's transmission and the way it's programmed. In regular driving, it seems like the transmission has to stop and think about what gear to go to, so swapping gears is a little slow and not as smooth as other cars. At the same time, the transmission is the main reason why this car does extremely, unexpectedly well off road and in poor driving conditions. It will always keep power to wheels that have traction, and so gives impressive control. I have driven this up a mountain trail in the middle of a Montana winter and it felt like a leisurely drive, even purposely drove into tall snow drifts to give myself a challenge and plowed over them without any issue. When I got to the peak in my stock renegade trailhawk the only other vehicle on the peak was a modified, lifted Tacoma with large off road tires that had chains wrapped around them. I'm extremely impressed with how well this compact SUV really does off road. Overall I'm extremely happy with my renegade, and hope to have it for the next decade as a light trail/off road adventure car and daily driver.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.
