We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I purchased a 2010 Suburban at Ramey Tazewell. It didn't have leather but I was told they could have it installed. I picked out the colors (2 tone) and they took care of everything else. 3 days later I had it back and it looked great. I couldn't believe how fast and the quality of the work. Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

As always the staff is courteous, prompt and professional. I feel I always get the best service possible.

First of all thank you for making the buying process easy. Also, we felt like we was treated more then fair on the price of our 2024 Trax RS. The other thing we really enjoyed was the fact our deal started at MSRP not an inflated bump price. Secondly, they shopped around and got us a very fair interest rate based on the market and our finance guy Joey Carter was awesome and really looked out for our investment with a 7 yr 120k mile bumper to bumper service contract. We bought our last car at Rameys and keep coming back not just because of the sales department but also the service department. I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Mike stayed on top of everything getting done that we requested prior to picking up our new vehicles. He also stayed in touch with us when an issue came up that delayed being able to pick up our new trucks.

We bought it in 2023 just off lease as a CPO. It’s been a great vehicle. We love it would buy another one in a minute.
