I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time but this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day. Always go to Pilson auto, we always use the same salesman. Always have a good experience! The salesman always answers calls and texts even if he is not at work! Everyone there has always been extremely friendly and helpful!

I have a jeep gladiator mojave, 2021, great vehicle , the best i have ever owned, great for offroading and the suspension is great, designed for higher speed offroading and it does a great jjob at this and just regular off roading. also fun just to drive around town. Highly recommend this vehicle, i also love the xtras, led lights, safety features, (blind spot and ADC, etc), aux swithes . This just a great vehicle.

The customer service here exceeds the ?Call of duty!? The patients that my sales representative Jermey had is to be compared to a saint. When it seemed extremely unlikely that I would be able to get a feasible finance quote due to high lender suggestions and strange credit inquiry results. In the midst of me throwing in towel my sales representative reassured me that he would not give up on me. He told that he would collaborate with management and the finance person to get me the car. They somehow reduced my down payment six thousand dollars by the next day, and gave me a warranty that covers almost anything. They even went as far as reserving the vehicle for when others came in to buy it. The unfortunately had an unforeseen issue that was not covered by the warranty. I sent a text to Jermey, my sales representative and the manager paid for the repair out of pocket. A lot of people are afraid to buy vehicles from car lots because of shady customer service, and they hate payments. But there is a lot of security at this store. I went to three dealers before this one and one sold the car I wanted while I was actively buying it, and the other two, I wasn?t happy with the car! ?This is where we need to be at!?

I bought my 2021 Overland new. I love it!!! It is fun to drive. Handles well in the snow. This is a well made vehicle. I love the leather seating. The best heated seats and steering wheel I have owned. I’m definitely a fan!!

Was in another dealership and saw the same jeep on line at SW - while waiting for offers - I messaged and set up buying process in a quarter of the time I was sitting at the other dealership. Walked in, looked at jeep, sat down, got final offers and was out the door in an hour - only wait time was waiting for detailing to be done by tech which I was grateful for! Mojave trim gives a smooth ride. A big improvement over the 2012 Rubicon Unlimited that I had. 17-18 mpg around suburbs and 20-21 on trips. At 13,000 miles no reliability issues. 8-Speed transmission coupled with the 3.6 v6 works well. Great in SNOW. Recommend the AWD optional transfer case.

Ecodiesel gladiator is fun to drive and getting good MPG. My second gladiator and no issues. Jeeps aren't for everyone as they are boxy, heavy, noisy in cab at high speeds and not as luxurious as a Lexus. But these things are tanks with body on frame build, Dana 44 axles, real transfer case and mega offroad capability. Plus its easy to modify suspension and its a "jeep thing".

I was looking for a specific Ford Truck, a F350 Diesel. I found one on Cars.com that was at Interstate Ford. I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. My Gladiator is 3 years old. Driving in Alaska and what a great vehicle. Starts every morning with no issues. Drives great in deep snow thanks to the ground clearance. The ride is stiff-it’s a Jeep.

Brandon West worked with us for the purchase of a 2021 Kona EV. He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. He is very responsive to our follow up questions. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. It sure drives like a little rocket compared out our other IC car

This is a.rock solid vehicle that defines “utility” better than all the rest. You have tons of ways to configure the vehicle every day. Open air roof, doors off, entire top off, pick-up truck uses, off roading, climbing, travel, snowshoeing, skiing, snow driving, trails and dirt roads, hiking, carry bed loads, trailering, ATVs, etc, etc, etc. No way to ever find it boring. Plus, the extra bonus of the culture, friendliness, the wave, jeep groups, and the way it promotes and nurtures getting outdoors and getting active. No issues. Alpine stereo is great. Nav is great. Heat is great. comfort great, carrying fun loads great, towing to 4K lbs great. No complaints.
