My only complaint is that the car wash is terrible and I don’t use it, so the free car washes are not a perk.

Service team is great and they never try to up-sell just because. Everything is presented clearly. This past issue needed a part and Chris knew I was travelling and didn’t want me to drive with the light on even though the issue was a sensor and OK to drive. He was able to squeeze me in a few days later. It’s why I keep driving over from the East Side.

New service center is very nice, best I have ever waited in. Plenty of spaces and connections so I could get m work done while waiting. Chris came and got me when all was completed and made sure to explain and answer any questions I had regarding service. Chris and Halleen Kia truly show they care about the customers. Jeremy was my service rep. He was very knowledgeable & described all the possible services that may be available. He was cognizant of the financial costs associated with the necessary service. He called me as soon as the car was finished. When we picked it up, he explained every detail. I was extremely pleased with the service.
