I have been taking my Telluride to the lifetime service contracted with them at the time of purchase for 4 years and I am satisfied with such excellent service, which only takes me almost an hour of very pleasant waiting in their room with all the refreshments available for the customer. Had a tiny hole in windshield. Brought the car to them and they had a man from Dent Wizard that filled the hole. He was very friendly and professional. Trustworthy! I have bought several vehicles from them. I am a buyer who has researched trade in values and financing options and who comes in with specific demands. I demand to be given a specific amount for my trade in, I demand a specific monthly payment. When they come to me with lower trade in value and higher payment I simply say no. They continue to work with me and eventually acquiese to my demands. They are easy to work with where other dealers don’t like my approach. I can’t see me using any other dealer.

I travel 15 miles each way to have my Kia Niro serviced at Ken Ganley. HIs service department, as far as I?m concerned, is top notch. That is the reason I travel that far.
