New and used 2026 Kia Carnival vehicles for sale near Tempe, AZ

I took my new Kia carnival for service and had a few concerns. Ashley in Service department was very helpful. She tried her best to figure out all the concerns and fix them.

I love the Mark Kia dealership in Scottsdale because they have the best customer service! I live in Tempe but chose to come to this specific location because of their amazing service and attitude. The employees are always updating us on our car. I love Mrs.Cori and her energy that she gives. She’s always super sweet and helpful.

The service department is well organized and provides good service. I live in Gilbert but drive to Mark Kia to get service for my Telluride.

Overall, very great for the salesman. However, it is a little bit surprised that any negotiation space existed. The financial officer tried to push us to add extended warranty.

The maintenance/service department did good work to resolve the issue. Jonny was very helpful and kind to work with. The communication was good throughout the entire process. Courtesy is the name and courtesy is delivered!

Going to any dealership - especially for service - can be overwhelming … I often feel I get mistaken for being a child and or portrayed as being naive and sometimes it is reflected in how I’m treated in service driven industries … Recently I took my brand new vehicle in for service and Chris was hands down, one of the best service experiences I have ever had. We purchased our Kia Seltos on 9/17, Shadi Tawil was awesome. He walked us through the entire process, was helpful, kind and considerate.
