I was looking into trading in my 2021 Kia Telluride LX for a 2022 Kia Telluride EX. I was looking for a specific color with 2nd row bench seating. Liz was my initial online point of contact and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. There was one coming in in a week and a half and since this suv is high on demand she advised me to come in asap to get trade in appraisal and price on new one coming in. Decided to go in and that’s when Sean helped us. He was exceptional. He made us feel at ease from the very beginning and answered all our questions and concerns. He helped us negotiate with the price we felt comfortable with. We put our deposit down to ensure we had priority to the incoming vehicle and picked it up 10 days later.

Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier.
