I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I love my kia forte. I got the top tier kia Forte with leather seats which heat and cool and also a sunroof. This car is very comfortable! It is a little on the pricey side for my top tier one, but in the long run it is worth it.

Prompt reply to my inquiry by 2 salespersons working together. They were polite, knowledgeable and personal. The dealership had a broad range of high end vehicles to look at and all had good reviews of vehicle specifications and complete Carfax reports ( all were clean!). Great group to work with!

It's too soon to tell how reliable this car will be in the future. However, at just one-month-old, it fits all my wants and desires. I love the interior, its comfort, and the extras that are in this car. The controls on the steering wheel make it safer while driving. The navigation system replaces all maps that I have on my phone and it helps to have the speed limit posted on the navigation read-out. This is my fourth Kia and I have never been disappointed.

I was contact Mr Jake Henshaw in the Raleigh N.C. store who was very professional and provided me with the best car buying experience that I?ve ever had. After identifying what I was looking for in a car he was able to provide me with several option which helped with my selection. Excellent experience with the service department. I was surprised they had such a nice waiting area with snacks and delicious coffee. My service advisor Varick provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful and went over my tires, battery, and more. Everyone I encountered was friendly and made me sure I was comfortable. I feel like they really care about the safety of my vehicle and my business.

The service team is always prompt & accommodating. I chose them-even when I have other choices. I needed a new windshield and tires.. my home, work & their location, on a work day, would have cause extra hours of driving. I was offered to drop off the night before-provided a free loaner car & was able to not be stressed out. (I already travel to and from work over an hour each way). I also purchased my new car from them 3 years ago-they do all my maintenance service as well. Customer service is top notch!
