I bought my car new in 2014 and except for regular service, new tires and brake pads no other service has been needed. Even after 9 years in the hot Florida sun the paint still looks great and the A/C is ice cold. For a small car the ride is very comfortable, even on long trips. The steering is very responsive and it corners like a dream. The interior is well designed and spacious and everything is within easy reach. This car is so well built that even with 95,000 miles on the odometer there are no squeaks or rattles. The mileage is still good for a 9 year old car. It gets about 25 in town and 30 on the highway. The seats are are very comfortable and supportive. I’m 6 feet tall and 210 pounds but I never feel cramped, even when my son, who is about the same height and weight as me ride together. This is a great car and I couldn’t recommend it more.

On the day I was scheduled for a test drive, Sam encountered an unexpected personal conflict. However, he promptly connected me with his colleague, Alvin. The communication leading up to this point had been exemplary and continued to be so throughout the experience. Upon my arrival, Alvin greeted me warmly, collected my driver's license and proof of insurance, and escorted me to the vehicle. It was meticulously prepared, detailed, and ready for my test drive. Within approximately 5-10 minutes behind the wheel, I was ready to purchase. Upon my return, Alvin performed a commendable service by inquiring about my driving habits. I indicated that I typically drive fewer than 300 miles per month, which led him to suggest that I consider a different vehicle altogether. I was open to this suggestion. In a noteworthy development, he presented a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude edition with comparable low mileage, priced $5k lower than the X3 and listed $2K below Blue Book value, all backed by Kelly Blue Book and a complimentary CarFax. While it was not the X3, it shared nearly identical specifications. One may question why a commission-based salesperson would recommend a vehicle priced $4,000 lower than the one I originally expressed interest in. The answer lies in the fact that this dealership is run as a family, not a one-and-done sale, but one that fosters a long-term relationship. Additionally, it was a better fit for my driving style and my wallet!! I was genuinely impressed by this level of customer service and care. I feel strongly connected to the BMW of Bellevue family. In the future, when I am ready to trade in my Jeep, I will assuredly return to BMW of Bellevue and seek assistance from Alvin, Sam, and Sean. I would be remiss not to highlight Dorela, the Finance Manager, for her candor, friendliness, and professionalism. She conducted her work in a straightforward manner, without being pushy, and handled the process with remarkable efficiency. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I arrived at 2:10 PM for a test drive and departed with my Jeep by 5 PM?totaling less than three hours. I highly recommend this dealership and encourage potential customers to visit BMW of Bellevue. It is advisable to request assistance from Alvin, who has over 20 years of experience selling BMWs, as well as from Sam or Sean. However, I am certain anyone within the BMW of Bellevue family is just as professional. If you have the pleasure of working with Alvin, Sam, Sean, and/or Dorela, tell them I said hello!!

My koup EX was bought new in 2014 and I have since racked up 245k miles on it. Only problems was I had to replace the AC compressor around 150k and water pump at 180k and an alternator somewhere between them. But ... I have driven the poor thing like a race car every day all the time. Its still running strong ! When it dies I will look for another koup with lower miles and maybe a different color, but these cars have earned my respect!

Such a great customer service that this dealership provides to their customers almost no one else does. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family and everyone, who's on the market for a great used vehicle, that's the place!

I got it from my grandfather when he passed it has 45k kilometres I put on 30k in a year and didn’t have one issue worked in construction so it was being driven on a construction site and never had one issue.

Got this car used in 2016 with 62k miles. Few years down the line I’m now at 130k with the only issue being the clutch needs replacing soon. Great car and very reliable! I definitely don’t drive this car nicely and it’s been holding up great. More impressed the ac works perfectly when I’ve seen some Chevys fail there by now.

This is a Great Car!! 2012, purchased new. Racing red. 6 Speed Manual. Lots of get-up-and-go. I'm 6'0" and good legroom in rear. Rides like a sports car .. a little stiff. Styling is perfect and still looks current.

Bought a 2010 ex 5speed in 2021 with 220,000km . Been nothing but awesome. Tough little thing that’s for sure. I bought it with some problems. But it still goes great. 3 years, 40,000km later and almost no need for repairs. Even hit the ditch going 90km/hr and it came out unscathed. Only came up with a misfire like 3 weeks later. Cheap fix! Also I can’t get over the 6-700 km range for 50L of fuel is amazing. And to top it all off it’s so classy looking for a cheap little car. One of my favourites I’ve owned. Highly recommend

Has been a very dependable car. Even though it is small, I can carry most things I need because the back seats fold into trunk. Tight turning radius. Accelerates quickly when needed. Almost no repairs for 120k miles. The only complaint is that the interior finishes are terrible (paint peels off shifter/ door handles and leather seats are poor quality and flake/scratch easily). After looking at my battered seats for years I finally repaired them myself by mixing gloss acrylic craft/art paint ($1.50 or less per bottle from Walmart). The hardest part was figuring the right color mixture. Brush loose flakes off, paint affected area then wipe off. No more scratches or flaking in two years. Such a cheap and easy fix and looks great.

My experience with Dave Arbogast Ford was spectacular. They went above and beyond to service my car. Despite my car still being under warranty, several other Ford dealerships were unwilling to service my vehicle and provide the loaner that is guaranteed under my warranty. When it came to Dave Arbogast coordinating a loaner vehicle, Leah was very accommodating and friendly. The first person I spoke to in the service department was Justin. Each time I called back, he was very pleasant and willing to help. He communicated updates throughout the entire process, and he did an excellent job explaining the situation in a technical way and with layman’s terms. Needless to say, my experience with Dave Arbogast Ford was outstanding and I would highly recommend them for all of your service needs!

I bought my koup sx brand new, here it is 2024 and she's still running perfectly. Added performance suspension and some mods on the engine, upgraded headlights. Care still looks clean and often people think its brand new. No rattles and squeaks, solid built car would buy another.

I have to say I had a great experience at Ed Rogers valley Ford. Christy nettles listen to me and found the perfect truck for me that didn't break the bank. I have bought more vehicles cars and trucks than the average person can imagine, but I will be back to see Christy at Ed Rogers Ford without a doubt.

This car nice to look at...it looks really sporty without all the extras and the cost. It was really nice on the inside and roomy enough for me and my family. Great on gas mileage and drove great as well. My Dad who has a need for speed rated very highly. It?s not very likely that you get a high rating from him. I fell in love ? with this car!!!

I think it is sporty but practical and I like the lines of the car and all the features. It is nice to have a car that I know will be dependable but also is pleasant to drive.

Best Car I've ever owned. So much fun to drive and super affordable for the features. This car definitely turns heads. Largest coupe in its class, surprisingly large on the inside. Once you test drive it you will fall in love.
